Práce se zabývá vlivem teambuildingu na sociální klima v organizaci. Teoretická část charakterizuje klima na pracovišti, firemní kulturu, tým a týmovou spolupráci. Dále objasňuje pojem teambuilding včetně jeho zásad a forem. Praktickou část tvoří prezentace výsledků výzkumného šetření zaměřeného na efekty teambuildingového kurzu realizovaného pro zaměstnance Essoxu s.r.o. Na základě teoretické analýzy je v diplomové práci konstatováno, že teambuilding má vliv na sociální klima v organizaci, a že je jedním z prostředků, jak sociální klima zlepšit. Výzkum odhalil, že realizovaný teambuilding ve společnosti Essox s.r.o. měl pozitivní vliv na sociální klima v oblasti interpersonálních vztahů, ale neměl dopad na budování týmů a týmové spolupráce. The thesis deals with the impact of teambuilding on the social climate in organization. The theoretical part describes the climate in the workplace, corporate culture, teamwork and clarifies the concept of teambuilding, including its principles and forms. The practical part consists of the presentation of the research results concerning the effects of a teambuilding course organized for the employees of Essox s.r.o. Based on the theoretical analysis, the diploma thesis states that teambuilding affects the social climate in the organization, and it is one of the means how to improve its social climate. The research revealed that the Essox teambuilding had a positive impact on the social climate in the area of interpersonal relationships, but did not impact on building teams and teamwork.
