Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou existujúceho pracovného tímu v slovenskej spoločnosti Artexe s.r.o. Cieľom práce je zaradenie vybraného tímu na základe získaných teoretických poznatkov a odhalenie jeho slabých stránok. Teoretická časť práce definuje základné pojmy a zoskupuje informácie potrebné pre uskutočnenie analýzy. V praktickej časti je potom sledovaný pracovný tím testovaný z hľadiska rôznych kritických oblastí. Pre pozorovanie je použitá metóda dotazníka. Spolu je výskum tvorený štyrmi výskumnými dotazníkmi, ktoré sledujú problematické dimenzie tímu, potrebu teambuildingu a typické role jednotlivých členov tímu. Výsledky analýzy slúžia k odhaleniu problematických oblastí a následne na to k návrhu konkrétnych odporučení pre efektívnejšie fungovanie pracovného tímu spoločnosti Artexe. Zozbierané návrhy riešení vychádzajú z odbornej literatúry a z výskumov domácich aj zahraničných autorov. Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou stávajícího pracovního týmu v slovenské společnosti Artexe s.r.o. Cílem práce je zařazení vybraného týmu na základě získaných teoretických poznatků a odhalení jeho slabých stránek. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy a seskupuje informace potřebné pro provedení analýzy. V praktické části je pak sledovaný pracovní tým testován z hlediska různých kritických oblastí. Pro pozorování je použita metoda dotazníku. Celkem je výzkum tvořen čtyřmi výzkumnými dotazníky, které sledují problematické dimenze týmu, potřebu teambuildingu a typické role jednotlivých členů týmu. Výsledky analýzy slouží k odhalení problematických oblastí a následně na to k návrhu konkrétních doporučení pro efektivnější fungování pracovního týmu společnosti Artexe. Shromážděné návrhy řešení vycházejí z odborné literatury a z výzkumů domácích i zahraničních autorů. The master thesis is dealing with an analysis of existing working team in the Slovak company Artexe s.r.o. The aim of work is the classification of the chosen team, based on the obtained theoretical knowledge, and the revelation of its weak spots. Theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms and clusters the information necessary for the realization of analysis. In the empirical part, the monitored work team is being tested from the point of various critical situations. For the purpose of observation, the method of a questionnaire is used. Altogether, the research consists of four research questionnaires, which monitor problematic dimensions of a team, the need of teambuilding and typical roles of individuals of the team. The results of the analysis serve to reveal problematic spheres and, subsequently, for the proposal of concrete recommendations to achieve more effective functioning of the working team of Artexe company. Collected proposals of solutions come from the related literature and researches of domestic or foreign authors.
