Prestige of Nursery School Teaching

This thesis is devoted to the teaching profession with a focus on nursery school teaching. The theoretical part contains information about teaching as a profession, focusing directly on the prestige of nursery school teachers and describes the contemporary aspects of prestige. Finally, it is described in detail the development of the profession preschool teacher, as a source of ongoing professionalisation of teaching. The main objective of the research is to compare how the prestige of pre-primary teachers evaluated by teachers from other educational levels and preschool educators themselves. Furthermore, to determine how different the results of the investigation work of the author and poll by the Centre for Public Opinion Research (Centrum pro výzkum veřejného mínění - CVVM) at the Institute of Sociology of the prestige of the profession of 2013 and 2016. Design survey is mixed. The method is a questionnaire, structured interviews and document analysis. The results show the relative agreement with research by CVVM. Respondents rated significantly differently just 4 professions and teaching professions rated slightly higher than in the original survey. Nurse and her choice of care for her own child

Bachelor thesis "Nurse and her choice of care for the owen child" deals with the question of work - life balance. The work has a usual structure composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part focuses on a topics that could influence the choice of child care and brings the basic knowledge on the established work topic by Czech analysis and foreign literky and magazíne informatik sources. The main points discussed in it include the profession of a nurse, role, family, maternity and the opportunities that lead to harmonize like work and family, areas that can influence the choice of child care. The empirici part has a traditional structure and describes the own investigation that has taken place in Motol Universtity Hospital within the Gynecological Obstretrics Clinic. At the beginning the objectives and working hypotheses related to the given topic, the methodology, the owen questionnaire surfy and the characteristics of the studied sample were set. The bachelor thesis Female and male gender of nouns of professions (analysis based on corpus data) is divided into two parts. The theoretical part sums up the rules for gender inflection of professions in present-day Spanish. The theoretical part presents a comparison of various spanish grammar books, which deal with this topic. The section dedicated to the practical results attained from the research was completed by analysing selection of nouns of professions. This research was carried out with the aid of the synchronous spanish corpus: CORDE, CREA and CORPES XXI.
New Names of Professions

The thesis New Names of Professions is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, basic terms from the world of work are defined; the essential term is profession. Furthermore, neologisms are defined in the first part in accordance with professional literature without being confined to denomination of persons. For the purposes of the practical part, new names of professions were excerpted from the list of professions of the employment office and from a list in Učitelské noviny. Their occurrence was further verified using the EDA and Newton media databases and the results of the research were compared with the created list. An alphabetical list of the excerpted professions and a thematically divided list of those professions are an integral part of this work.

The theoretical part concentrates on changes in nursing care, education, professional demands and motivation/demotivation theory. The nurse personality is analysed including changing roles and competences. The empirical part includes qualitative research based on interviews of two groups of nurses. The first group is senior nurses who worked prior to the end of socialism and the latter commensed work after 2005. Each group includes 4 interviews. This dissertation analyses nurse's opinions on the profession, changes and the effects on private and family life.

The Bachelor thesis "The Nursing Profession from the Point of View of the Medical Students" provides insight into nursing as a profession. The thesis states the main characteristics of profession. The study describes the process of professionalization and its impact on the prestige of nursing profession. This thesis also deals with the changes in the role of nurse and the image of nursing profession. The empirical part focuses on determining the attitude of medical students to the nursing profession and the subsequent comparison of the results with previous surveys and among selected groups of students.
Professionalization of the Nonprofit Sector in the Czech Republic: Analysing the Demand for Professions in the Non-governmental Non-profit organisations

The thesis deals with the professionalization of non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, specifically the problém what "professions" in the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic are formed and what are their parameters. The thesis analyzes the jobs offered in the labor market in non-profit organizations. This thesis tries to answer the question: "To what jobs are employees of nonn-governmental organizations demanded" It also focuses on the requirements of these jobs - specifically, the required education, skills, abilities, personality characteristics, experrience, knowledge, relationship to work and the technical prerequisites. The theoretical part is devoted to the professionalization of NGOs in the country. First, I define the Non-Governmental Organization, then explain the concept of professionalization, explain the concept of profession and define who is a professional. The last chapter concerns human resources and positions in non-profit organizations. In the empirical part I analyze the current situation on the labor market in the Czech Republic. It is mentioned what positions of the NGOs are demanding and what are the requirements put on these posts, then I compare the offers of work in NGOs in each region.
