Analysis of agro-tourist offer services in the western and southern Bohemia and Vysočina region

The theme of the thesis is to offer analysis of agro-tourist services in the western and southern Bohemia and Vysočina region The aim of this work is the analysis of agro-tourist services offered in selected areas and evaluation of information obtained from a questionnaire survey of selected agro-tourist visitors through the facility. The thesis describes the geographical area of each reference potential, followed by a description of selected agro-tourist facilities, including their mutual comparison. Furthermore, the comparison between the areas of interest, evaluation results and a comparison of Czech and foreign agro-tourism. The thesis made ??proposals for improving the agro-tourist offer services that could contribute to the strengthening of the Czech agrotourism. The last part looks for possible financing sources and uses of funds funded the development of rural tourism and agrotourism in the monitored areas. For better orientation, the color assigned to each area, which is a line of work. For clarity in the work are also used clear tables and graphs that help to better describe the observed data from the survey.

Communication Strategies of the Tourism Product in Rural Tourism

Annotation: The topic of the diploma work is the communication strategy for a new complex rural tourism product for the Czech Republic "Holidays in the Countryside". Objective: Main objective of my work is to elaborate a suitable marketing communication strategy for Holidays in the Countryside product. The strategy will then be used by the Union for Rural Tourism (Svaz venkovské turistiky), which is the project promoter, as a practical marketing tool. Secondary objective of the work is to evaluate current utilization of brand program Holidays in the Countryside by the rural tourism service providers. Method: Analysis of accessible information, comparative study of foreign tourist destination experiece and professional publications followed by the synthesis of acquired data will be used as a method for elaboration of this work. Based on the analyses a suitable communication strategy will be formulated along with the recommendations for the effective utilization of the brand program by the service providers.

The project enterprise services in tourism

Bachelor work is concerned with a new project to build agro center. The project includes the structure of plant and livestock production, including accommodation facilities for visitors agro center. It also contains a capacitance characteristics including economy of operation. An important part is the compilation of the services offered, which will provide agro center. The economic part of the survey consists of assets and liabilities, depreciation of fixed assets, cost, revenues and profits from the operation agro center. In the last part of thesis is addressed profitability agro center, where they are used indicator of profitability, debt and an indicator of the effectiveness of the investment indicator.

Analýza hipoturistiky v Karlovarském kraji

The aim of this study is to analyze the offer of services connected with equestrian tourism in the Karlovy Vary region, demand on it and a layout of a horse trail, that will be connected through trails already existing. The study is concerned with the cooperation of the Czech Republic with neighbouring states in sphere of equestrian tourism and how they organize this form of tourism.

Current situation and development potential of agritourism in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis examines suitability of the Czech Republic in terms of agritourism development. The theoretical part defines key terms, provides an overview of the current situation in tourism in general and its probable future development, specifies rural tourism and products that belong there. The practical part analyses Czech countryside potential and other factors which influence agritourism development either positively or negatively. The conlusion summarizes agritourism supply in Austria and compares both countries from the point of view of their potential and offer of services.

Evaluation of a selected Agrofarm business and proposals for further development

At the beginning the Thesis describes the rural tourism as a part of the sustainable development of economy and tourism. As the goal of the Thesis is to evaluate the operation of a concrete agricultural establishment -- Statek Bezděční, it focuses on agrotourism as a specific type of rural tourism. On the basis of gained data the Thesis proposes suitable steps to help to improve the current economic situation of the farm, primarily to raise the occupancy of the farmstead and increase the revenues.

The present state and perspectives of sustainable tourism development in Centra Bohemian Region

The thesis is concerned with the sustainable tourism development theme. Its goal is to chart the present state and provide sequent perspectives of the development in Central Bohemian Region. In the theoretical part, the attention is paid to sustainable tourism development theme on global, European and national level. Emphasis is then placed on analysis of environmentaly friendly forms of tourism in Central Bohemian Region and evaluation based on the selected indicators for sustainable tourism. Analytical part contains analysis of sustainable tourism development awareness in Central Bohemian Region based on a questionnaire investigation. Proposals for the future are included as well.

Business plan of a chosen agrotourism farm

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyse market conditions and compile a complete documentation of the business plan for a concrete agrotourism farm in South Bohemia according to current trends in rural tourism and agrotourism. The theoretical part defines the terms rural tourism, agrotourism, business plan and describes individual sections of the plan. The part Trhosvinensko - rural tourism destination analyses conditions of this area for development of rural tourism. The business plan is created in the practical part and contains description of the agrotourism farm, consumer demand analysis conducted by questionnare, competitive analysis, marketing strategy and financial plan with a calculation of economic efficiency.
