Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou webové komponenty k zobrazení hierarchické struktury ve tvaru stromu. Práce zkoumá aktuální situace webu a webových komponent, vyšetřuje podobné "tree view" komponenty a popisuje základy v nich použitých technologií. Praktická část popisuje požadavky na navrhovanou komponentu a zabývá se procesem vývoje a samotné implementace. Dále je popsán proces testování a měření výkonu a jejich výsledky.
Creation of web applications by ELM language
JIROUDEK, Vladimír
The aim of this thesis is to describe using the new functional programming language ELM in the creation of web applications. ELM is a reactive a statically typed language. The compiler, which transform the source code into client JavaScript, captures most of the bugs and provides clear feadback in a real time. Theoretical part will be aimed to ELM itself. The syntax, functions and the bene ts of using ELM in creation of web user interfaces will be described. In the practical part a set of web applications programed by ELM will be created to illustrate the ELM options, advantages and disadvantages compared to classic JavaScript.
Visualising CPU Activity
Ďurčo, Marián ; Češka, Milan (referee) ; Vojnar, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis is intended to be a complement for learning about the RISC pipeline. Product of this thesis is a web application. After reviewing various tools and libraries suitable for this work, we have chosen two main libraries React and Redux. The created solution allows the instruction flow to be displayed in the RISC pipeline as well as states of the registers and the memory. It makes easy to perform transitions between the various parts of the visualization. This visualization allows a basic understanding of the RISC pipeline principles and also individual assembly instructions.
Web Application for Information Dashboard Design
Pastushenko, Olena ; Ismael, Mazen (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
Information System of a Tutor with the Possibility of Student Examination
Záruba, Ondřej ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The main theme of this thesis is the modernization process of the existing system for support of teaching based on the requirements of Mr. Martin Říha. Firstly within the individual chapters we will gradually become acquainted with the basic principes of web application developing. Next We will focus on analysis of the current application and proposed methods and procedures used in its modernization and implementation changes. In more detail we will pay special attention to the chapters dealing with the design of new parts of the application and we will go through the whole process from design to implementation and testing. Attention will also be paid to special parts of the application that will allow teachers and students to interact in real-time communication in an environment similar to interactive whiteboards as we know them from schools and its use to make learning more attractive.
Internet of Things Device Based on ZigBee and 6LoWPAN
Halász, Dávid ; Mlích, Jozef (referee) ; Musil, Petr (advisor)
Internet of Things is the latest phenomenon in the computing industry. Even if it has not been completely defined yet, we are already surrounded by various devices connected to the Internet. This thesis project focuses on low cost and low-power wireless solutions and on the on-line backend behind the architecture. At the same time the present work also deals with Cloud Computing which can provide a highly scalable runtime environment for this backend without building an infrastructure. To handle the huge amount of data collected by billions of devices, BigData services could be used in the same cloud space. The project is a collection of the theoretical background of the Internet of Things; so as a result, it provides the reader with an overview of the concept. It also provides a walktrough of the design, implementation and testing process of a complex agricultural Internet of Things solution.
Web Application Penetration Testing
Hric, Michal ; Čermák, Igor (advisor) ; Hlaváč, Jindřich (referee)
The aim of the present thesis was to analyze the level of security of select open-source web applications based on penetration testing at various stages of testing, defined by the PTES methodology. This included application of new PETA methodology to perform web application penetration testing and the creation of new knowledge objects concerning penetration testing in the MBI portal. The open-source web applications Juice Shop, NodeGoat, XVWA and bWAPP were tested. The security of the web applications was evaluated as insufficient as at least one vulnerability with a high risk of exploitation was identified for each of the tested applications. For each vulnerability found in the application, recommended corrective measures to eliminate the associated risk is stated. When using the PETA methodology for penetration testing, the benefit was mainly in integrating of penetration testing in the context of IS/IT management in an organization based on application of the narrowed framework for IS/IT management. Finally, new knowledge objects in the MBI portal are listed and described. Objects created include a task concerning the process of penetration testing, a set of metrics for evaluating the success of penetration testing and roles linked to the task.
Comparison of Java EE frameworks EJB and Spring
Kadlec, Petr ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (advisor) ; Šlajchrt, Zbyněk (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to compare two major frameworks for building web applications within the Java platform. These are the technologies of Java Enterprise Edition and the very popular Spring framework. Each of them is compared from several points of view. Among them there are the basics of each frameworks components handling, ways of working with database, security, capabili-ties of used presentation frameworks or communication through web services. Theoretical part of this thesis is followed by the creation of two basic web applications, each of them showing some of the technologies previously described. The last but not least part of this thesis also describes some of the new features that are at the time supposed to appear in Java EE 8 and Spring 5 versions of the frameworks.
GetSimple content management system security testing
Kadoch, Lukáš ; Veber, Jaromír (advisor) ; Čermák, Radim (referee)
The main aim of this work is to test the security of content management system GetSimple by means of OWASP methodic. The first part is devoted to the theory and clarification of specific terms which are used in the field of web application security. Further on, it introduces a chosen GetSimple system including its parameters and requirements for a host server. The second part contains the penetration testing itself. Each test includes the aim, instructions and in case of discovery of vulnerability a suggestion for improvement. The testing is subject to OWASP methodic standards and it is managed according to the OWASP Top Ten documentation. The added value of this work is finding the security risks of the chosen system.
MMSP methodic expansion for support of modern web application development
Bárta, Jan ; Buchalcevová, Alena (advisor) ; Ženíšek, Jan (referee)
Development of web applications with JavaScript language has been moving forward really fast recently. Methodic for software development, on the other hand, not so much. Those methodic were often created way before JavaScript was so popular and so they might not reflect needs, which development of modern web applications using JavaScript brings. This thesis focus on opportunities, needs or threats of modern web applications development and its combination with Methodic for small software projects. Thesis define what is considered as a modern web application, identify practices and tools needed for development and how they relate to the existing version of MMSP. Based on this comparison thesis offers extension of this methodic for development of modern web applications.
