Model for Economical Process Simulation (Cost of Poor Quality Monitoring)

This work is dealing with a study of process simulation and its use for the costs of poor quality monitoring. The process simulation is generally in many companies not too used and moreover, there is no software at the market, which would easily described economical efficiency of processes. The main purpose of this work is to suggest such a application. The study contains of the detailed data models for each function of the application, requirements specification and the feasibility study, which provide approximate costs for the development of such a application.

Informace může vytvářet určité entropické krajiny. Entropická krajina je složená ze zdrojů informace. Zdroj může být informačně přínosný nebo úplně zbytečný. Dobrý zdroj vytváří nízkou entropii, vysoký náboj, a špatný zdroj entropii vysokou s nízkým informačním nábojem. Touto optikou pak můžeme vidět fiktivní krajinu, která se kolem nás nalézá. Entita je její vizualizací, vytváří útesy, tam kde byly roviny, hory zkoncentrované informace a měsíční údolí s nulovou hodnotou.
Business process model of internal audit at a bank

This diploma thesis deals with a model of internal audit business processes at the bank. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts logically connected, which also fulfill the objectives of this thesis. The first part is theoretical, which means that is based on expressing theoretical assumptions about the studied subject. This is followed by a practical part in which the next objective is fulfilled by the proposed model of internal audit business processes using the methodology MMABP (Methodology for Modeling and Analysis of Business Processes). The thesis ends fulfilling the last objective by setting up appropriate key performance indicators (KPI).
Techniques for making reports in selected CAD systems in the examples focusing on 3D modelers Inventor and SolidWorks

This bachelor thesis deals with differences in CAD systems. Specifically it is focused on differences in Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks. Main aim is to look into creation of system methods which means creation and assembling of components into system using bonds and animation. For this purpose it was created system of steam engine on which were demonstrated all techniques and differences in programmes. This thesis was structured for teaching in CAD systems area. The second part of this work deals with research which was drawn up as questionnaire. Author´s goal was to find out for example how many technical companies and schools use one of these two CAD systems, how many women and men work as constructor and how many students put given programmes into effect at schools. Next significant part of this thesis is AVI file which demonstrates a function of system and how it moves.

The audit from the perspective of the audited entity

This thesis called "The audit from the perspective of the audited entity" is focused on the audit, but from a different point of view than most of the specialized publications about audit. It is possible to divide the thesis into two parts. In the theoretical part, there is explained the issue of audit from the historical view, which is followed up with the legislation and professional treatment. Briefly there are mentioned the International Standards On Auditing, that have gradually replaced nowadays invalid Czech Auditing Directives. At the end of the theoretical part, the whole audit procedure is processed in details. The main emphasis is put on the moments, which affected the audited entity in the meaning that it is necessary its active cooperation with auditor, for example communication with auditor during the contract for audit, providing of various background materials for audit or negotiations of management with auditors during the audit. In the second, practice, part of this thesis the theory is put into practice in the real existed entity NÁBYTEK a.s.. The main goal is to map the audit of NÁBYTEK a.s. from the perspective of the audited entity, not from the view of auditor or auditor's company.

The graduation thesis "Usage of BizAgi in insurance company" is focusing to insurance of large and industry- related risks. The work introduces insurance and reinsurance processes in issue with insurance of industry risks. It also analyzes an actual and desired situation of insurance -- reinsurance industry risks. The main contribution of my thesis is executing data integration from insurance tool Golem to BizAgi application. The thesis describes procedures and possibilities to perform data integration. Simulation of the operations of the company Prádelna Lety

This diploma thesis deals with the theme simulation models. It is separated to three parts: theoretic, a part describing a simulation program and a practical part. The opening part's role is to introduce to a reader the problem about simulation models, inform him about simulation project building and define some key words. The second part explains a work with simulation program Simprocess. In the third part the reader finds out, how to use theoretic knowledge. It is demonstrated on the simulation of the operations of the company Prádelna Lety. A goal of this part is to make a simulation model, which describes the reality and can solve the main problems identified in the beginning of this part. All of this is the object of the analysis. After that is possible to give some advises about improving the operations.

The object of the diploma paper "The comparison of business valuation methods DCF and EVA" is to realize a theoretical confrontation of income approach methods of Discounted Cash Flow (including its all versions: entity, equity and APV) and Economic Value Added, and also to apply all of the methods to valuate a company and their consequent reconciliation. The study is focusing on cases when the methods should be equivalent and when they may differ.
