The Importance of a Coaching for a Leadership

This bachelor thesis introduces the subject of a coaching for a leadership. To provide a greater understanding of the issue, the first section describes adherent terms such as management, leadership and motivation. The theoretical part focuses on issue such as the history of coaching, principles and methods that are used in practice.
The practical part contains an exploration with an internal coach from financial firm, exploratory research and pen and paper interviews with managers from monitored organizations. The follow up questions were subsequently defined based on this exploration and used for pen and paper interviews that were conceived to lead to a survey of the importance of coaching for a leadership in these monitored organizations.
The conclusion summarizes the discovered data and proposes an improvement of the current situation.

The Bachelor’s thesis aims to provide necessary information for successful expansion of GrowJOB institute to Austria. Since 2006 GrowJOB has been educating CEOs and other executives of Czech companies in the field of competitiveness and been helping them grow stronger among their competitors. In the thesis I describe theoretical background of business plan creation and analyze both internal and external environment. Then I focus on individual steps of the expansion and provide a detailed financial plan as well. The most robust competitive cutting edge of the company is that it takes advantage of new scientific findings in the field of decision-making processes (behavioral economics, neuroeconomics) and brings them to everyday life of firms.

The master thesis Management of personal development deals not only with a theoretical picture about the issue of management of personal development in general perspective but also with a practical insight into the investigated company CNC KOVO s.r.o. focusing on workers, production masters and last but not least the company's executives. The theoretical part features some of the basic concepts of the monitored areas, especially time management, stress management and personality analysis of manager. Acquired knowledge is further applied to the practical part of the thesis, and results in recommendations for enhancing the personal development of employees as well as the company's entire business.

This thesis called "Management of Personal Development" is focused on analysis of the personal development management at one unnamed Moravian manufacturing and trade company focused on creative tasks. The theoretical background deals with defining the elementary terms in this area, lifestyle, career management, mental hygiene, successful manager principles, time management, introspection, and problem solving. In the area of creativity, it approaches the topic in itself, its development, creative abilities and attitudes, and shows a connection between creativity and personal development. It also includes several alternative methods of personal development. The practical part deals with the present state of personal development management and creativity in the company, and on the influence of these factors on the company's operation. This thesis also includes several specific solutions which show several ways of company development.

Diploma thesis „Management of personal development“ is focused on the analysis in the management of personal development in the production company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. focusing on technical-economic workers, and especially to the managers of company. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental concepts in this area, defining the manager’s personality, his demands, self-management (time and stress management), training and development employees. It also discusses the internal and external factors acting on managerial development, improving performance through mental hygiene, lifestyle and wellbeing. The practical part focuses on the current status of management of personal development and the rules under which the selection process and the choice of development and education. It is focused on finding the requirements for managers and design of a particular solution that is focused to the opportunities for further development company.

It specifies the languages from a professional point of view and thanks to the theoretical and analytical knowledge provides suggestions and solutions for further personal development of future graduates.

The aim of this diploma thesis is analysis of the current status of motivation system in the chosen company and creation of proposal for it's improvement. The first part is aimed at rewards, personal development and employees benefits from the theoretical point. The second part pays attention to the genuine way of rewarding, possibilities of personal development of the employees, relationships at work and the overall satisfaction within the company. The last part includes the proposal of improvement of the motivation system based on a questionnaire.
