This Bachelor’s thesis deals with constructional solution and design of handling equipment for assembly and service of Spider ILD02 lawnmower. This thesis presents a discretion and evaluation of several alternatives for given problem, which are followed up by establishment of selected technical parameters. This thesis also consists of selected solution of construction, which is followed up by calculation of handling forces. Conclusion describes calculation of structural load and strength inspection of important construction units. This thesis consists of technical report and drawing documentation. Drawing documentation is supported by model processing in 3D CAD system and also contains assembly drawing of the whole device, turntable shaft, lever shaft, large sprocket hub and housing of the stand.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the construction technology study of the stage of skeleton assembly of production facility superstructure. The main aim of the thesis is to focus on the transportation of construction materials to the construction site, bill of quantities, technological regulations, itemized budget, organization of construction, construction facilities, inspection and test plan, schedule and machinery proposal. The thesis provides information about occupational health and safety and risk management.

Utilization of SolidWorks at power electrical engineering

The purpose of the bachelor thesis was to became familiar with parametric CAD systems and create a simple model in high power electronics branch. The first part of the project summarizes the most known CAD systems. The second part deals with a specifics software:SolidWorks 2008. Finally, a simple model has been created in Solidworks 2008 from the power electronics branch. It is a model of an electric machine which is suitable for the research of the sliding contact.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the solution of implementation of a prefabricated reinforced concrete construction of a part of an administrative building in Ostrava. This thesis contains a technical report focusing on the skeleton assembly, the situation of the construction with broader transport relations, bill of quantities, technological regulation, construction organization solution, time schedule, machine assembly design, control and test plan, safety and health protection on construction site plan and technological procedures of structural joins. The annexes contain drawings of the construction site facilities and the situation of the construction with broader transport relations.

Repair of a holder for grinder cover

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the repair of a holder for a grinder cover and the manufacture of the missing pieces of a pedestal grinder. The structurally-functional analysis of the machine and the manufactured pieces is described in the first chapter of this thesis. The manufacturing process itself is described in the following chapters. Raw materials and production technology are designed for the manufactured components. For each component, there are described the technological processes and instructions. The junction of the new parts of the machine with the original ones is conducted through welding. After this operation, the whole grinder cover is sandblasted and its surface is sprayed with a protective layer of lacquer. Next, the grinder cover is mounted to the pedestal of the grinder. The whole manufacture design is considered from the technological and economical point of view in the penultimate chapter and the drafts for improvements are described in the last chapter. All of the components are manufactured in accordance with the design and the grinder is once again in good technical condition.

Roofing the building of Kindergarten in Moravany

Content of this bachelor’s thesis is solving of technological stage of roofing of the Kindergarten building in Moravany. Roof is designed as a single-layer flat roof with classical sequence of layers, with pitch to the building centre. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing steel structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on analysis and optimization of the assembly line of gear pumps. The bachelor's thesis contains a suggestions for changes on this assembly line in order to balance the line and optimize utilization of operators on the line. The solution uses a dynamic simulation model that corresponds with the real state of the line. The simulation model is further used for experiments and selection of the ideal solution with respect to the selected objectives

The subject of the diploma thesis is a preparation of a prefabricated hall with administration in Prace. The production hall will be used to produce glass fiber reinforced concrete. Next part and extension is an administrative part.
