Product LifeCycle Management - supply of the Czech market

This undergraduate thesis deals with the topic of Product LifeCycle Managment, and supply of these products on the Czech market. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, and is focused on defining all the terms necessary for easy orientation in the next parts of this thesis. In this part, the greatest emphasis is placed on the explanation of terms such as life cycle of a product and Product LifeCycle Management (PLM). The second part is practical, and deals with an analysis of supply of PLM products on the Czech market. The Czech market is divided into two parts, the first are partial solutions, and the second are complex solutions. This thesis is focused on complex solutions from which three deputies are chosen, and finally compared. Method of searching and evaluating of products tries to most emulate the way of potential customers, for whom this thesis should simplify their selection of PLM systems. The aim of this thesis is an analysis of three chosen PLM systems which are offered on the Czech market.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of a private primary school and to determine the profitability of this project. The theoretical part describes the reasons for developing a business plan, what principles must be followed and the overall structure of the plan.The practical part introduces the business plan for private primary school based on the structure defined in the theoretical part. The plan focuses on the description of services offered, market analysis, marketing strategy, risk analysis and financial plan, which determines the net present value and profitability of the project.
Share appreciation at the stock markets

This work is divided into two parts -- the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part lists instruments that are traded at the stock markets. There are described advantages and disadvantages of each instrument, trends in which the instruments move and how to analyse them correctly. The next part is about broker companies in the Czech Republic, their comparison and about information that we need to know before starting the trading. For the trader is very important part about technical and fundamental analysis. The work is oriented for a starting trader that wants to gain the main information about stocks and start trading at the stock markets. In the practical part is summed up, how big of an influence does the announced reports have on the movement of stocks of Commercial bank in years 2007 -- 2009. The last part shows how to draw and analyse trend correctly.
Analyses of the Spirits Market and Possible Implications for Marketing Strategy in Macedonia

Although mostly associated with the harmful consequences of alcohol abuse over the public health, the industry of distilled spirits represents a very important and substantial part of the economy. Nowadays, the spirits industry does not only consist of alcoholic beverages; but it is part of many cultures, creates a certain image, and provides additional incomes for the economy in the form of taxes and excises, as well as job creation. The main aim for writing this paper on this topic was to analyze the Macedonian spirits market and to suggest a marketing strategy through making parallel comparisons between specifics in different spirits markets in the world and the spirits industry in Macedonia. Working in the spirits market industry requires careful execution of the company's strategies and policies, while respecting all the legislation procedures. That is why when entering the spirits market; a good and essential analysis is necessary.
The analysis of advertising agencies market in the region of České Budějovice

This work is dealing with the market of advertising agencies, advertising and promotion industry. The main goal of my work is to analyze supplies of advertising agencies and to go over customer´s perception of advertising agencies offer. This work is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical, which forms the base for researched topic. Then there is solved the definition of researched area and the number of advertising agencies in this region. Afterwards there is an assesement of services which provide advertising agencies. The second part of my work, the analytic part, contains an external enviroment and a market enviroment through the STEP analysis. There is also used the Porter's five forces model, which monitors long-term attractiveness of the market segment, and then another OT analysis which identifies potential opportunities and risks in the sector. The analysis how customers perceive the offer of advertising agencies is done through the questionnaire.

The thesis is divided to theoretical part, where I explain basic concepts of business intelligence. Next chapter includes the market analysis. For the need of the analysis was market split to three segments -- segment of BI platforms, database platform segment and data integration tools segment. After market analysis there're presented several market trends and a final summary.

Critical factors affecting the business segment of web browser games

This bachelor thesis primarily focuses on formulation of critical success factors affecting the business segment of web browser games. To meet this objective are at first defined web browser games and their position on market of online games, then are described major evolution phases of this market segment on the world's scale and individually on local Czech scale. Another information source used in the thesis are findings brought by the analysis of contemporary web browser games' market -- divided into two separate players' and producers' parts. The critical success factors in the last part of the thesis are then defined by combining all of the previously gathered information with great emphasis on differences between local and foreign web browser games' producers.
