The Modern Methods of Recruitment and Selection of Employees in Recruitment Agency

The thesis is focused on the analysis of different recruitment and selection methods of new employees; the thesis evaluates modern methods of recruitment and selection of candidates used in recruitment agency CPL Jobs and provides suggestions for improving of the process within the agency. The aim of this thesis is to examine the process of recruitment and selection of new employees as a key component of modern approaches of personnel management, to describe the tools for achieving efficient process and submit their own proposals for improving its effectiveness. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the process of recruitment and selection of qualified manpower, describes different methods of recruitment and selection of employees in recruitment agency. The practical part is based on personal experience and contains the analysis of current situation of using different sources and methods of recruitment and selection of new candidates in recruitment agency CPL Jobs and submits its improvement and further enhancement of the effectiveness.

This thesis deals with the issue of human resource management and it is focused on a general description of HR processes of recruitment and selection of staff. It also captures the essence of the recruitment and selection of employees, and identifies conditions that must be observed for making this system is effective. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, there are defined the keywords and described the processes and methods of recruitment and selection of employees. In the second, the practical part, there is introduced company X, the structure of its employees and the system of recruitment and selection of employees, which is established in the company. The system is at this place analyzed and compared with the generally accepted theoretical principles. With the questionnaire survey there is also examined satisfaction of employees with the company's process of recruitment and selection of staff. In conclusion of the thesis, the system of recruitment and selection of employees is appraised and there are highlighted its strengths and proposed measures for its improvement.

Subject of this thesis is the problematic of personnel management focusing on the area of attracting and choosing employees. Theoretical part of this thesis is orientated on recruitment and selection of workforce and different methods of these procedures. This part has been written as a recherche of the literature. Practical part of the thesis focuses on concrete activities of recruitment and selection of workforce in company called TECHNOGYM., Ltd. The result of description and analysis of individual personal activities is the suggestion and recommendation for improvement and optimalization of this process. The aim of this thesis is to propose solutions which could help TECHNOGYM to recruit the most appropriate candidates from the labor market that would fit to demands of required work positions and so help to the most effective running of the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore the process of recruitment and selection of workers in the Czech industrial company dealing with the manufacture of tires. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part the content of personnel work as well as the principles and methods of staff recruitment and selection is explained. The practical part contains the analysis of the principles and methods used in the recruitment and selection of workers in a particular enterprise, mainly focused on the workers professions. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse the process of the staff recruitment and selection of employees in an IT company - SOFTEC. It confronts the theoretical starting-points and used principles and procedures, identifies their strengths and weaknesses and suggests better or alternative solution. The theoretical part explains all the basic terms and relations regarding human resources and the staff recruitment process as such including particular principles and methods of this acquisition and selection. Practical part is dedicated to the appraisal of the principles application during the staff recruitment and selection of employees in the above stated company. This Bachelor's Thesis was written with the use of professional literature and the internal materials of the company.

Whole process of recruitment and selection of employees in this organization is described in theoretical part of this thesis. As the basis for the practical part was used information gathered during personal visit company Lesní stavby, s.r.o. Nýrsko and information from internal company documents. Company and selected infiormation about employees has also been characterized. After finishing practical part of this thesis there were found some faults in the recruitment and selection of employees, some improvements were suggested.

The aim of my work is based on theoretical knowledge and scientific literature, evaluate and analyze the activities of recruitment and selection of employees in Accenture, evaluate procedures of recruitment and selection of employess and subsequently recommend and propose alternative changes for increase in effectiveness of recruitment and selection of employees in this company, that should fix all possible problems.
