Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v IT společnosti Softec, konfrontovat teoretická východiska a uplatňované zásady a postupy, identifikovat jejich přednosti a nedostatky a navrhnout lepší nebo alternativní řešení. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a souvislosti týkající se personální práce a samotného procesu obsazování volných pracovních míst, včetně jednotlivých principů a metod získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část je věnována vlastnímu posouzení uplatňovaných zásad a postupů získávání a výběru ve vybrané společnosti. Bakalářská práce je zpracována s využitím odborné literatury a interních materiálů společnosti. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse the process of the staff recruitment and selection of employees in an IT company - SOFTEC. It confronts the theoretical starting-points and used principles and procedures, identifies their strengths and weaknesses and suggests better or alternative solution. The theoretical part explains all the basic terms and relations regarding human resources and the staff recruitment process as such including particular principles and methods of this acquisition and selection. Practical part is dedicated to the appraisal of the principles application during the staff recruitment and selection of employees in the above stated company. This Bachelor's Thesis was written with the use of professional literature and the internal materials of the company.
