The Proposal for Improving of Continuity Production Process of Production Line
Jurček, Pavel ; Tomčala, Radek (referee) ; Bartošek, Vladimír (advisor)
An assessment of a current condition of the company’s production line and a proposal for an improvement of the flow capacity of the production process will be the topic of this bachelor’s thesis. A transfer from a common paper job card to an electronic one for a better quality control of the products and their condition will be another suggestion. At the beginning of this work basic theoretical concepts from the area of a production process and a production line will be explained. The main part of this thesis will deal with the analysis of the company’s production line itself and with a possible proposal for changes.
The database of waste incinerators in Europe
Šaldová, Lenka ; Ručka,, Jan (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to describe modern technological processing lines MSW incinerators. Describe individual objects and their links with the principle of thermal combustion. Processes described in the process line will be: waste reception, storage and waste materials, waste pretreatment, loading of waste into the process, thermal treatment of waste, energy utilization and conversion, gas cleaning, disposal of residues from flue gas cleaning, gas discharge, monitoring and control emissions , cleaning and inspection of wastewater treatment and disposal of ash (kiln ash), discharge (disposal) of solid residues. In the second part of this database will be set up incinerators occurring in Europe with basic information (address, website, kiln type, number of lines, the amount of waste incinerated, etc.). The developed database will be created graphs for better clarity and comparison. The database will be accompanied by the emission requirements of individual countries according to the applicable domestic and European legislation.
Diagnostics of LCD Monitors in the Production Line Environment
Stach, Tomáš ; Kaštil, Jan (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
Operating system has to recognize specifications of connected LCD monitor for detecting it's possibilities. These specifications are stored in special structure EDID inserted inside while production through DDC channel. This thesis describes interfaces used for connection LCD monitor to graphical adapter, structure EDID, channel DDC. Result of this thesis is program used on production line for writing and checking EDID structure into LCD monitors.
Projection of the welding for the automotive and the planning of the process procedures
Baláš, Petr ; Hloska, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
Overview of processes in the production of automobile production line focus on materials, types of production, automated production line at a certain time with a selected company. The time sequence of the process from the start of the production line after the final product.
Small-lot Production Line modernize
Havlena, Marek ; Vdoleček, František (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This Master‘s thesis is dedicated to the design and modernization of the control of production line for the small-lot production of various plastic products. As a control unit will be used 8-bit microcontroller ATmega128. This thesis also deals with design of the needful electronics to control the production line by using appropriate elements and necessary software solution.
Robotic solution of automated yoghurt packing line
Ficek, Václav ; Jílek, Tomáš (referee) ; Chromý, Adam (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a technical solution for increasing efficiency of the yogurt packing line. It is divided into four basic parts. The first part discusses pros and cons of the present production. The second part theoretically analyzes industrial robots and based on the requirements, suitable manipulator is chosen. The third part deals with the possible concept of a yoghurt packing line. In the fourth part complex technical documentation and control algorithm are made. Eventually, the real line parameters are evaluated.
Design of inter-operational transport in a manufacturing company according to the Industry 4.0 concept
Mravec, Roman ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Bayer, Robert (advisor)
Based on the description and definition of technology and processes falling within the vision of the fourth industrial revolution with the aim of creating intelligent factories, this diploma thesis deals with the principles of the Industry 4.0 concept in Hilti's production plant with a focus on transport and supply of production equipment. The aim of the work is to create a comprehensive proposal that takes into account all the necessary aspects associated with upgrading the existing state of inter-operational transport in a particular production line to fully automated, flexible and autonomous transport of materials and products in the context of Industry 4.0. A prerequisite for creating a design is the connection of automatically guided vehicles (AGVs) serving individual transport orders. The selection of the vehicle was made taking into account the safety of movement, the method of charging, the system and network integrity of existing and proposed technologies and components. The intention is not only to automate the inter-operational service, but also on the basis of the created automation concept, the ability to autonomously procure the flow of material and products. The mathematical calculation of capacity planning in the production line helped to determine the total load and the number of vehicles needed for continuous procurement of transport requirements. The result of the design part is also the design of specific transport routes and transport conditions that AGV vehicles must comply with in order to maintain a high level of safety. Transparency and a constant overview of transported products is provided by the presented scheme for identification of production batches, Auto-ID system. The financial efficiency of the whole project elaborated in the diploma thesis is evaluated as payable after 4 years from the implementation of the proposal. The financial efficiency of the whole project elaborated in the diploma thesis is evaluated as payable after 4 years from the implementation of the proposal due to high labor costs.
Draft production line for light transmitting LiCrete blocks
Caletka, Tomáš ; Čížek, Petr (referee) ; Mazal, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a production line for manufacturing of light transmitting bricks LiCrete. This brick is a special interior design component which is made of concrete and light transmitting parts. It’s manufactured by casting into the dismountable molds. The research part explains manufacturing technology and possibilities to build production line. The concept solution part is about two concepts of production line and about a few ways how to integrate vibration machine into the line. Main part of the thesis describes mechanical design solution with focus on manipulators and vibration part. Last part of the thesis is about design of automation integration into the production line.
Process optimization design for valve production
Mikulec, Jan ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Maradová, Karla (advisor)
The thesis deals with one particular production line for the production of valves. The thesis is created in cooperation with IMI Norgren CZ, which provided information about the production. The company selected a problematic production line that has a large number of non-conforming parts and in cooperation with the workers, this issue will be addressed. The theoretical part describes the methods and tools of quality management and the basic classification of pneumatic valves. Furthermore, a structured approach is applied to solve the problem. After analyzing the problems and finding the probable fault, a measure will be proposed to reduce the high non-availability of the products. In the last part, the financial cost of implementing the measure and its payback will be compared. Individual results and examples of solutions will be documented in the appendix.
