Online marketing strategy of selected company

The main objective of the thesis is to appraise online campaign, which is associated with one of the product lines of the company LEGO Group called LEGO DUPLO. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the Internet environment in Czech Republic and the benefits of online advertising. The second chapter describes the LEGO Group corporation, DUPLO product line and its characteristics in terms of target groups and online marketing communication strategy. The third chapter is divided in two parts, where the first part is dedicated to the main online communication channel - the web portal DUPLOsvet (DUPLOworld). The second part has focused on the analysis of selected marketing campaign and the media used in this campaign. The fourth and final chapter summarizes the accumulated knowledge, offers comprehensive evaluation and presents suggestions for potential improvement.
Current e-mailing of Nutricia and overtures for improving.

Objective is analyse current e-mailing of Nutricia and offer the best possible in automated e-mailing. Recommendations are based on possibilities of e-mailing tool Silverpop, which belongs to the best technologies of present days and which Nutricia chose for development of its e-mailing. Based on his experience as e-mailing specialist and operator of Silverpop author will recommend the best what is possible in today's e-mail marketing and adapt it for Nutricia business.Theory is concieved as syntax of sources making bright picture of today's e-mail marketing and there are written assumptions of successesfull e-mailing. In practical part there are analysis of Nutricia and its competitors and that is followed by summary of recommendations well founded on author experiences and Silverpop implementation companies know how.
Optimization of e-mail communication in the software company environment

C ommunication with the customer is very important pa rt of the marketing itself. Is very important to take care about acquired customer, because as soon as the company dissapointed him, it is very difficult to gain his trust and affection back. Thi s diploma thesis identifies e-mail marketing as a whole and deals with its current trends and examine how e-mail itself and his elements affect psyche and behavior of recipients and tries to iden tify ways to maintain consumer confidence. The thesis introduces e-mails from a practical envirome nt of the software company, in which are applied changes resulting from public opinion. These e-mail s are evaluated and compared with past versions of e-mails, these e-mails are evaluated and compare d with previous versions of e-mails.
E-mail marketing

The thesis deals with e-mail marketing. It focuses on identifying factors that affect the behavior of users of e-mail and newsletter subscribers. It evaluates the role of e-mail marketing as a part of communication mix of companies and e-shops, current trends, e-mail campaigns, e-mail marketing software provider. To study the behavior of users of e-mail and newsletter subscribers a questionnaire survey was conducted on a sample of 610 respondents and in-depth interviews (n = 30). Content analysis was used to analyze electronic commercial communication. The results allowed to formulate recommendations for creation of e-mail campaigns of e-shops, Internet shops and other companies.
Online Marketing Performance Tools

This thesis focuses on the effectiveness of marketing tools available in Czech internet environment. The theoretical part describes typical attributes and advantages of individual tools and observes the possibilities of achieving marketing and commercial goals by using these tools. In the application part, the surveyed e-shop is introduced and it's marketing tools are analyzed using web analytics. Either behaviour of customers of this e-shop or financial indicators, which are crucial for evaluating performance, are analyzed in this thesis. The synergic effect of using these marketing channels is evaluated using the assisted conversions analysis. The main goals of this thesis is evaluation of the efficiency of used marketing tools using web analytics and consider suitability of their use for this specific e-shop. Another aim is comparing the performance of individual marketing sources and proposing measures to help increase efficiency of tools used by this e-shop.
E-mail marketing

The aim of this work is to specify the e-mail marketing and in the practical application to evaluate the pros and cons of e-mail marketing as a tool of targeted marketing communication.Based on personal interviews with representatives of the company was described their existing e-mail marketing.Through the survey it was found, how customers perceive the company's e-mail marketing.Based on the survey, changes were proposed at the end of the thesis.
Practical application of e-mailing

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to provide general perspective of the key factors in marketing success of e-mailing campaigns. The supportive objective was to define the significance of e-mailing. My intention was to characterize the creation and the structure of campaigns in the section of e-mail marketing. I specified the new trends and the most frequently used types of e-mails, through which it is possible to penetrate information about customers. What is more it helps to create more personalized and targeted campaign. The second part deals with the analysis of an exact e-mailing campaign and evaluates the questionnaires. In the conclusion I characterized the techniques which should be observed when creating e-mailing campaign.
Management of marketing campaigns and utilization of new forms of communication in customer relationship management

In my bachelor paper I deal with new trends in marketing, concretely with e-mail mareting, viral marketing, bar codes, mobile marketing and social networks. I describe them, analyse from the point of view of their potentialities, I try to identify their influence on customer relationship management and assess their impact and efficiency. One part of this bachelor paper is my own research on utilization of the world's most popular social network - Facebook. To show the possibilities of mentioned trends I give example of their utilization in a marketing campaign of Mammut Sports Group company.
Internet in Marketing

This project describes internet marketing and its components (search engine marketing, internet advertising, internet PR, e-mail marketing etc.). It also describes the possibilities of employing internet in marketing and depicts new ways of online communication. The expenses for internet advertising are constantly growing as well as the number of internet users. The number of universities is increasing and so is the competition. That's why it's vital that they should act as a part of the market and use marketing strategies. The objective of this project is to analyse and suggest communication strategies of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Prague using the knowledge acquired from the theoretical part. The practical part specifies the target group, draws up a report and chooses the way of communication. Further on, we will consider the timing of every single activity and the overall budget.
