Next point concerns some construct options of wind power station tower and its basic elements. Close of the work is oriented to modern forms in problems of the wind power station tower and indicates options of modern development.

Jena pedagogy

This diploma thesis deals with alternative pedagogical concept of Peter Petersen, the jena pedagogy. It describes the topic at first on the theoretical level, in the next section is it concentrated on its practical application in Czech and foreign schools. In the theoretical part deals the diploma thesis with historical background of the emergence of alternative pedagogical trends in general, then is targeted at some specific alternative directions and the most attention is devoted to jena pedagogy. The diploma thesis maps the first attempt of foundation a jena school in the Czech Republic, where in the 90s were opened several experimental classes with jena elements at a primary school in Poděbrady. It monitors the circumstances of preparation of this initiative, its progress and the situation leading to its early demise. The result of the analysis is identification the potential benefits and risks of jena system of education for our school system.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the insurance of wind power stations and showing possibilities of the wind farm insurance on a practical example. There are introduced the most common forms of electricity produced from the alternative sources in the Czech Republic in the recherché part. There is an extended section dedicated to the wind energy. The practical part is concerning the insurance of the wind turbines, investigates possible risks and the most common causes of indemnities. There are different offerings of the insurance companies to insure the wind farm Pavlov I. evaluated further. At the end there is chosen the most suitable offer.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to design the marketing mix of an alternative record label company that releases drum and bass music. In the theoretical part I try to describe the situation on the music market and outline how record labels work. I am specifying the tools of the marketing mix which are typical for a record label. In the practical part I'm pointing out the differences between the perception of mainstream and alternative music and I'm characterising the drum and bass scene. Abstract Target of this thesis is to define pre-school education program "Step by step" and highligt its for and against. Further, to define realization conditiones and to describe daily schedule and education practices of this alternative training program. Theoretical part descibes resources, pedagogical principles, targets, education forms and especially organization forms and conditiones for successful realization. Practical part checks current status of representation and acceptance of this alternative training program at czech pre-school system. Essential part of thesis is a videorecord "One day at pre-school with Step by step".

Programme Step by Step in the Conditions of a Czech kindergarden

The purpose of the thesis is the introduction of an alternative programme Step by Step and its application as a method in a concrete kindergarten. The theoretical part of the thesis presents a comparative study of the most common alternative programmes in the Czech kindergartens. The philosophy, objectives and methods of the individual programmes are compared there. Further, the programme Step by Step is introduced in greater detail. The practical part of the thesis presents the study case of conversion of a concrete kindergarten into programme Step by step. It describes the first impulses until the present. The change in the parents attitude is analysed there as well. Finally, the manual for designing the handbook for parents and a video record that shows the method used in the programme Step by Step are presented in the conclusion.
