The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of financial situation of the company on 2010 – 2013 years instead of the last one, with the use of the financial. In the first part the bachelor thesis focus on methods of the financial analysis, where are describes theoretical single methods. Then is described the company, which was used for solutions of this thesis. The second part of the bachelor thesis includes application of selected methods of financial analysis and custom design solutions and its appreciation.

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a marketing plan for retail trade. Implementation of these marketing strategies to the company. This company is engaged in selling grocery, meat, meat products and farmer‘s products. The first part focuses on the theory of marketing planning. In the second part, attention is paid to the company itself and its description. The aim of the practical part is to analyze its present state and a draft of the marketing plan.

Bachelor´s thesis focuses on marketing mix of SwissCentrum software, s. r. o. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the following terms - marketing, marketing environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The analytical part of the thesis evaluates marketing mix of company and SLEPT analysis, Porter analysis and SWOT analysis are used there. The last, project part, contains suggestions for improving marketing mix.

The aim of bachelor´s thesis is to create marketing plan for the Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod company, and implementation of marketing strategies into the management of the company. Theoretical part of thesis is about elementary terms of marketing and preconditions fot marketing planning. Next part describes the Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod company, and analyses it‘s current situation. Practical part of this thesis includes creating of new marketing plan proposal for the company with chosen targets.

The goal of thesis „Proposal of communication plan“ is analysis of the company’s comunication mix and suggestion of new, improved one. The thesis is divided into three parts. All theorethical bases, which are essential for thesis, are described in first part. Analysis of current tools of comunication mix in company is in second part. In the last part, there is suggestion of new mix.

Enviroment, Organization and Management of Sport Club HC Kometa Brno

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse managment and organisational structure of selected hockey club. My thesis consists of three parts, in the first part I would like to refer to organisational structure and its types in this section of sport. In other part I focused on definition of economical terms and methods which were used in my bachelor thesis. In the practical part I tried to examine the organisational structure and activties of professional apparatus, and economical and sports situation of hockey team HC Kometa Brno. In the third part, based on theoretical knowledge, own analysis and gathered information, I characterise imperfections in managment and I suggest ideas which should lead to optimalization in organization and managment of company.
