The preparedness of students of commercial Academy for future employment

This diploma thesis deals with preparedness of students of commercial Academy for their future employment. The object of research was Commercial Academy and Language school of Trebic. In present time the most of the students continue their studies on universities or college. My main interest was if the students of third class know the profile of graduate, the possibilities of future employment, if they find the present teaching system sufficient and if they applied any changes. The thesis also contains the view of teachers. As I am a former graduate and present teacher on this commercial Academy my main goal was to catch the both points of view. The thesis also shortly describes the implementation of state final exams and the system of high school's financing.
Education funding - case study

The focus of this bachelor thesis is on the description of educational systems and the characterisation of education funding in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical section, education legislation and its position in the public sector, educational funding, budget and annual statement of the school and the normative method of educational funding is analysed. Major attention is paid to the area of regional education -- primary school. The practical section is comprised of a concrete example of primary school fading of the school Datyňská in Vratimov. The school management in the school years 2006/2007, 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 is also analysed. The results are evaluated and suggestions for savings in the school budget are given. Therewithal is a comparison of the primary school of Datyňská with similar school in Vratimov -- Masarykovo náměstí. At the end of the practical part, there is an illustration of the calculation of financial resources for ZŠ Datyňská from state budget. This calculation is implemented through the republic and regional normative.
Analyse and evaluation of financing education at the region level

The bachelor thesis is devided to five parts. In the first part is writen about public expenditure with a view to externalities and education. The second part describes system of education in Czech Republic with a view to particular level of education. In the third part of bachelor thesis is writen about conception system of education and legislation. The fourth and fifth part are more important. Parts are aim for basic characteristic of education expenditures and mechanism of financing from government budget and regional budget. Common findings are in last part apply to concrete region, Moravskoslezský region. It does mean analysis concrete flows of money form sources to education organization. Aim of bachelor thesis is komplex analysis financing regional education at present, which includes firstly description general principles of financing according to significant regulations and conceptions and then compare it with educational experience.
Financing of the regional educational system

My bachelor thesis is based on the analyzing of financing of the educational system in the Czech republic. It focuses on the area of the regional educational system and the system of redistributing financal sources by the Ministry of education, youth and sports. In the practical part I analysed the way of financing of one particular school. The school I chose is primary school "Základní škola Závodí" in Beroun. I focused on the years 2007-2009. The main attention is given to the structure of resources and proportion between money paid by institutors and money provided by the state. In the last part of my thesis I came up with my own ideas of improving managment of the school emphasising the possibility of getting money from the funds of the European Union.
Taxation in the regional education system in the Czech Republic

This thesis is concerned with the issue of the taxation of the non-profit, allowance organization, with the main focus on educational institutions. The description of the legislative regulations, the tax system in the Czech Republic and the ways of financing of these organizations is available in this thesis. The thesis is complemented with the case study where the practical side of this issue is shown on the example of the particular grammar school. In the conclusion there is summarized in what tax regime these non-profit subjects work and what their main ways of financing are.

Financing Higher Education in the CR and Russia

This thesis analyzes the system of financing tertiary education in the Czech Republic and Russia. Expenditure on education is the process of investing in the future not only individual but also society as a whole. Currently, education becomes more important and countries that are in this respect is well developed, can achieve significant competitive advantage. The work is devoted to a comparison of tertiary education, the Czech Republic and Russia, the countries of the OECD and associated countries. Describes the current situation of higher education in the Czech Republic and Russia, aimed at analyzing the problems of financing programs at public universities. The work focuses on current problems and the need for changes in these problem areas, particularly increasing the share of private resources to finance higher education.
Financing secondary stage of education in the Czech Republic - case study

This Bachelor's Work deals with the secondary school system. The aim of the work is to find out how the secondary stage of education is being financed in the Czech Republic. Further there are investigated the form of the secondary school system itself and organization of education in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into four parts. The first part covers the education generally and it classifies its position in the frame of economics. Further on the organisation of education system in the Czech Republic and its separate stages are defined. The second part of the text is concentrated on the secondary schools only. Various types of schools are given as well as the process of study - from the admission to the graduation. The system of new state school leaving exams is mentioned here, too. The third part concentrates on financing of education. The ways of financing and funding are defined generally with a more detailed view of financing of secondary schools. The types of price directions are given as well as the concrete values for the given directions. The conclusion of the third part deals with secondary education in the Middle Bohemian district. The fourth and last part covers a concrete school. This school is being classified both from formal aspect and from the financial viewpoint i.e. from the accountant statements of the school.
Financing of universities in Slovakia

Education represents the fundament, a pillar of social and commercial development of each country whose justness influences the quality of life of every member of the society. This bachelor work dissertates general characteristics of education. The opening chapter discusses different approaches such as human capital,externality and investment. The main part of my work constitutes the portrayal of system functioning of various universities in Slovakia and related concept of the legislative ambit of their financing. Considerable portion is also dedicated to the detailed methodics of funding and dotations analysis, various calculations and social aspect of university students. Conclusion deals with the exaluation of my survey in which numerous students participated, the evaluation of the educational system funding in Slovakia followed by the comparison to the one in Czech Republic.
The Funding of Univesity Education in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis tries to analyze the system of tertiary education financing in the Czech Republic. First part analyses tertiary education as an economic good. The following part shows the main problems of the current financing system in the Czech Republic and through empirical research and many international comparisons proves the importance of changes. It introduces one way how to solve the current state -- income-contingent repayment schemes -- which can work efficiently in case of properly parameter settings. The last part brings the general principles of the reform of higher education in the Czech Republic.
