Tato práce se zabývá problematikou zdaňováním neziskových, příspěvkových organizací, se zaměřením na školská zařízení. Je zde popsána legislativní úprava školství, daňový systém České republiky a jakým způsobem jsou tyto organizace financovány. Práce je doplněna případovou studií, kde je na příkladu konkrétní školy -- gymnázia ukázáno, jak vše probíhá v praxi. V závěru je shrnuto, v jakém daňovém režimu fungují neziskové subjekty a jaké jsou hlavní způsoby jejich financování. This thesis is concerned with the issue of the taxation of the non-profit, allowance organization, with the main focus on educational institutions. The description of the legislative regulations, the tax system in the Czech Republic and the ways of financing of these organizations is available in this thesis. The thesis is complemented with the case study where the practical side of this issue is shown on the example of the particular grammar school. In the conclusion there is summarized in what tax regime these non-profit subjects work and what their main ways of financing are.
