This project features an independent newly built family home located in the municipality of Rudikov. The height and architectural style of the building respect the requirements of the neighboring areas. The house has a pool, sauna, garage, includes a cellar smaller than the footprint of the house and a loft. The cellar is used as gym and storage. The house itself is conceived as single family home for 3-4 people (2 parents + 1-2 children). It is built of bricks – Porotherm bricks, including ceiling constructions. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof bitumen sheets.
Detached house with a florist

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to prepare a project documentation for an execution of a building. This project is focused on a new detached house used as a florist in Domamyslice, Prostějov. It is a single-detached house with one above-ground floor and a residential attic. The building with an intricate ground plan is located on a flat plot, it has no cellar and it is covered with gabble roof and its eastern part ends with hipped roof. The structure of the building consists of large format panels of cross laminated timber by NOVATOP Company. In the above-ground floor there is the main entrance which leads to hall with staircase. The living room with dining room as well as the kitchen and the terrace are accessible from the hall. In the hall there is also a bathroom, a toilet, a technical room, and a laundry. The florist (including a sale area, a kitchen, a toilet and a store room) is also situated in the above-ground floor. A quiet zone in the attic consists of three rooms, a bedroom and a conservatory. The owners can use two bathrooms (toilets included) and a cloakroom. A parking space for the customers is made on a hard surface in front of the entrance to the florist and the one for the owners is designed with a roof.

This work involves the design and plan for house with artist studio and gallery. It is a detached house on the land plot number 3569/258, which is located in the village Šlapanice near the city of Brno in southern Moravia. The building is designed for housing a family with two children, so for a family of four. Part of the house is a artist studio and gallery, which will be used by the owner of the house for his own business plan. The building has an irregular shape. It is a house without a basement, without a residential loft, with two floors, complemented by a garage. The building is designed as a brick structure of the system Porotherm, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete thickness 150 mm, and house artist studio and gallery are covered by a gabled roof, garage shed roof, windows and doors are plastic. This proposal corresponds to the technical requirements and the requirements of the investor (the builder).

The bachelor thesis deals with design detached house with temporary accommodation in Horní Bečva. This is a partial basement three-storey building, the third floor is situated in the attic. The house is covered with a gable roof, which is located on two height levels. There are two residential units and an operational part in the form of temporary accommodation.

The private part is for family living, the mutual part for guests accommodation in five double bedrooms with facilities. The new building has three floors, partially embedded into the hillside, with a gable roof. From a structural point of view this is a masonry structure with a transverse wall system.

A land is situated in the northeastern part of city in gentle gradient. House is designed as rectangle with dimensions 9,0 x 11,78 m and there is attached garage. House has two floors and gable roof. The supporting system of vertical and horizontical constructions is made by PoroTherm blocks, the truss is made by collar beam.

It is about new- built family house, which is standing alone on edge of the village Troubsko u Brna. The building´s height and architecturally are designed to fulfill requirements of surrounding buildings. The building has a basement smaller than the house itself and it has residential attic. The basement serves as a garage for two cars. The rest of the house is conceived as a single-family house, for one family of for people (two parents, two kids). Construction system is made by brick block of Porotherm, including the ceiling construction. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof clay tiles.

The aim of my thesis was a proposal of new built family house. The house will be located in the land in Třebenice on plot No. 303/1. There is no cellar in the house, but there are two main storey, the second storey is a habitable attic. It has a gable roof. The Ytong system was used for the construction proposal of the house.
