Visual tracking systém pro UAV
KOLÁŘ, Michal
This master thesis deals with the analysis of the current possibilities for object tracking in the image, based on which is designed a procedure for creating a system capable of tracking an object of interest. Part of this work is designing virtual reality for the needs of implementation of the tracking system, which is finally deployed and tested on a real prototype of unmanned vehicle.
Augmented Reality for ARTable and See-Through Glasses
Adam, Róbert ; Materna, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kapinus, Michal (advisor)
This Bachelor Thesis was created during study at the Faculty of Information Technology at Brno University of Technology. The thesis is focused on augmented reality using Game Engine Unity and ARTable system. The theoretical part contains history and augmented reality usage. Then it is defined what augmented reality is and how camera tracking works in a real world. In a practical part the thesis is focused on integration of Vuzix glasses in to Unity. The application is able to draw information about objects placed on table differently according to information obtained from ARTable. The thesis describes design and implementation details about the created application. The final part of the thesis includes test results and conclusion.
Creation of Slices of 3D Models for "Sliceforms"
Ondrejó, Michal ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The aim of this work was to design and implement an application for the creation of papermodels known as Sliceforms. The thesis deals with the creation of cross-sections from apolygonal model. The created solution provides the abilty to visualize the cross-sections in3D models and allows you to export them to be printed.
Creation and Demonstration of Assets for VR Application
Zouhar, Marek ; Tóth, Michal (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the concept of virtual reality, its history, present-day possibilities and available devices and technologies for virtual reality and ways of creating assets such as models, textures and animations for virtual reality applications. The practical part of this work deals with design and creation of three-dimensional models, textures, animations and environment for use in interactive application in virtual reality and also with design and creation of such application to demonstrate their use.
VR Interactive Application
Novotný, Miroslav ; Tóth, Michal (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to learn about virtual reality and the aspects of the development for this platform. The next goal is to find well suited development environment for the application and test the capabilities and limits of them both. The thesis will be completed by designing, implementing and then testing the aplication using knowledge learnt.
Comparison of the most used game development tools
Soukup, Martin ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (advisor) ; Sečkár, Alois (referee)
This thesis deals with comparison of most used game development tools. Author places game development tools in context of today´s game industry, analyses state of the market and the latest trends in the field of game development tools. The largest part of this thesis is aimed at comparing game development tools, where five tools are selected, overviewed and compared by specified criteria. Author demonstrates several basic features of chosen game development tool on development of a simple Android game.
3D game development in Unity engine
Kovářík, Stanislav ; Ženíšek, Jan (advisor) ; Buchalcevová, Alena (referee)
The purpose if this bachelors thesis is to create user manual for making 3D games in Unity development environment. This aim is reached by explaining basic terms in game development, explaining enviroments features, how to work with it and guiding trough the proces of game development. This thesis also contributes to the small list of Unity manuals written in Czech language, which are kept up to date with the lastest version 5.6. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part starts with recherche of other sources about the same or similar topics. Then it describes important terms related to game industry. Practical part shows how to manipulate with environment by making a new 3D game using several Unity components.
Destroy The Castle: A 3D Magic Carpet-like Game
Ondrčková, Simona ; Ježek, Pavel (advisor) ; Kofroň, Jan (referee)
Title: Destroy the Castle: A 3D Magic Carpet-like Game Author: Simona Ondrčková Department: Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Supervisor: Mgr. Pavel Ježek, Ph.D., Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Abstract: The goal of the thesis is to create a computer game based on a game called Magic Carpet. The game has two main interesting aspects from the programming point of view: artificial intelligence and an editor. The artificial intelligence uses different approaches to create distinctively thinking enemies. The editor allows a designer to create new castle levels, spells and monsters. Another goal of the thesis is to make sure, that this kind of game can be created using Unity game engine, and to determine it's advantages and disadvantages. Gradually, we focus on individual problems and decisions that had to be made and how we solved them using Unity game engine. Keywords: 3D Game, spells, Destroy the Castle, editor, Unity
Terra-Settler Space Real-Time Strategy
Meduna, Lukáš ; Pilát, Martin (advisor) ; Ježek, Pavel (referee)
Terra-Settler is a real-time 3D single player space strategy game. Main focus is on economic simulation, whitch is necessary for achieving game goals. Different scenarios (e.g. conquering planet) are used in game. It is necessary to expand and colonize surrounding planets to achieve victory. API for arti- ficial intelligence is included in the game with sample implementation. This game is multi-platform with support of some mobile platforms. 1
Generic Realtime Strategies
Baláž, Tibor ; Dvořák, Filip (advisor) ; Černý, Martin (referee)
Strategy games are a field of digital entertainment that has always attracted large audiences of players and researchers - be it for modeling military strategy, economical principles or automated decision making and artificial intelligence. The thesis is focused on developing an environment that allows to efficiently prototype strategic games with a high level of abstraction. The theoretical part of the thesis defines what is a strategy game, gives introduction into the game engines and describes a new language used for defining the games. The practical part describes how is the language interpreted into the game engine and how the execution of the game proceeds. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
