Led matrix 8x64
Marek, Michal ; Macháň, Ladislav (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis describes what is a LED matrix and how to control them. The function of the control circuits for the LED matrixes, the function of the current controller and microcontroller programming method are delineates in the project. These include microcontroller programming via universal serial bus, changing source code parameters via local ethernet network with the ethernet connect module, using standard peripheral buses for serial transmissions and the ways of controlling LEDs using relevant libraries. Objective is to introduce a solution for LED controlling using the Windows software application and propose complex assembly includes all the necessary blocks, which provides simple operating for new users.

Control Unit with (Espressif) ESP32 Module
Smička, Daniel ; Krejčí, Jan (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes concept, design and making of control unit with module Espressif ESP32. At first we apply to proposition of theoretical communication blocking scheme and blocking scheme of design. Afterwards we apply to designing of the scheme and choosing appropriate parts and making design of printed circuit board. In the end we are going to code function of the module and we will make end-user device.

Industrial Tester for Photometric Values of LED diodes Used in Automotive Signal Lighting

Control and monitoring of parameters in microfluidic systems
Meloun, Jan ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Čmiel, Vratislav (advisor)
This thesis discusses the construction of Microfluidic systems for a microscope. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with light, light’s behaviour and optical spectral analysis in some methods are discussed. Also, the use of the development platform Arduino with wireless data transfer for data visualization is mentioned. Methods for measuring pH are mentioned as well. The practical part is dedicated to the construction of the Microfluidic system with the use of Arduino, smart mobile devices and a developed mobile application including controlling liquid flow with the measured data visualization.

Controllable power supply for LED lighting
Morávek, Petr ; Pavlík, Michal (referee) ; Boušek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the description of artificial light sources, that use light-emitting diodes for their operation. Further down, the parameters of LEDs and their emissions are detailed. The work follows with the characterization of principles of LED power regulation. In the practical section, an example of one of the possible LED light source topologies, is designed. The offered solution includes the options to manually and automatically regulate the chromaticity of emitted light. Functionality of the solution was verified experimentally.

Design of microscope LED illumination system
Gricová, Monika ; Dostál, Zbyněk (referee) ; Antoš, Martin (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor thesis was to design illumination assemblage in confocal microscope Confocal 2002. First part of this paper describes types and components of confocal microscopes. For correct function of the microscope, high-power illumination by a white light emmiter is required. Based on the analysis of the background research, suitable LED diode was selected. In experimental part of this work, eight optical systems are proposed, that has been assembled and evaluated. Based on the evaluation of obtained paramteres, the optimal assemblage was selected and designed for production.
