Marketing of non-profit organisations

In diploma thesis I'm dealing with marketing activity usage in non-profit organizations. There are description of non-profit segment and definition of non-profit organizations in theoretic part, followed by specific classification, typology and kinds of non-profit organizations. Then I attend to financing non-profit organizations and marketing, with focusing on marketing conception, leading and marketing mix. Practice part describes marketing activity in two chosen non-profit organisations engaging in integration foreigners to Czech society and related activities, such as law and social advice afford. Marketing activities in these organisations are analysed, along with there direction, summary and comparing. Aim of my diploma thesis is to show needful of marketing activities in non-profit organizations with assist of these organizations.

Financial resources of small and medium enterprises

The graduation thesis is engaged in questions of small and medium enterprises (SME) and it tries to clarify financing possibilities of this segment. The introductory part attends to the definition of small and medium enterprises and the meaning of this segment, it illustrates the advantages and disadvantages and also position of this sector in the economy of the Czech Republic. The thesis proceeds with specification of various financial resources, there are mentioned own, external and alternative financial resources. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the impact of the financial and economic crisis on Czech small and medium enterprises. The practical part is concerned with a particular company. There is an analysis of financial management and financial resources and at the end of the practical part there are mentioned the impacts of the crisis on the contemporary operation of the company.

The Possibilities of Financing Business in the Czech Republic focused on the Non-Bank Sector

The aim of this master thesis is the analysis of the possible forms of funding business in the Czech Republic with a focus on non-bank sector - performance of these types, their advantages and disadvantages, and implementation analysis of the choice of sources of funding the project Rapol. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical performance forms of financing business in the Czech Republic divided into internal (net cash flow, reserves) and external sources of funding (Issuance of shares, EU structural funds, venture capital, Business Angels, government grants, leases, bonds, trade credit, factoring, forfeiting, quiet community). The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of firms Rapol s.r.o. and RBB Invest a.s. and the third chapter the characteristics of the project Rapol. Last, the fourth chapter, represents the analysis of the choice of sources of funding the project Rapol.

The Analysis of Fixed Assets

The Bachelor thesis "The Analysis of Fixed Assets" focuses on the problems of fixed assets within the scope of the Czech legal enactments. The major goal of this thesis is not only the introduction of fixed assets in general, but mainly the analysis of fixed assets in specific conditions of a company. KÁMEN Zbraslav, spol. s r.o., a stone mining and concrete production company, was chosen for this purpose. The legal enactmets, the company itself, its general characteristics and classification of fixed assets are introduced at the beginning of the work. Additionally the thesis describes all activities that the company has to solve in connection with its fixed assets. It includes the acquisition, financing and evaluation of long term property, furthermore the ranging of individual kinds of fixed assets into the company's business property, fixed register assets connected with the problematic software, bookeeping, depreciation of property and finally the possible ways of liquidation of fixed assets.

Analýza financování neziskových organizací

The creation of local inter-sector partnerships (the so called Local Action Groups) of the Czech Republic which are based on the LEADER principle was instigated by the activity of other member states of the EU. Since 2004 European and mainly Czech grant policy has been supporting the possible formation of partnerships among the non-profit, private and public sphere in the Czech Republic and its formalization into organizations with relevant legal personality. After several challenges of the "LEADER ČR" and "LEADER +" programmes in the years 2004 -- 2006, there are about 150 Czech functional LAGs (which are called 'MAS' in Czech) which can participate in the LEADER 2007 -- 2013 programme, i.e. in the last planned European grant programme for LAGs in the Czech Republic. If they do not succeed with their requests in the two planned LEADER challenges, future existence of these unsuccessful organizations will be questionable. The aim of my diploma thesis is to explain the developing situation of LAGs in the Czech Republic, to state the possibilities of operating and drawing the sources for financing the LAGs outside the Programme for Rural Development -- Axis IV. LEADER, and financing from other grant programmes which are available for LAGs. The thesis points out that the management of some LAGs is able to create their own financial and non-financial sources in the organization. In diploma thesis also try to find another financial sources for this well established and good functioning organizations with considering their constitution.

Resources of financing in relation to liquidity

The thesis deals with the corporate liquidity. It is mainly focused on the explanation of related concepts and the definition of the instruments of the liquidity. These instruments are classified into two major thematic spheres, which include both theoretical and practical parts. Then my aim is to compare the used instruments with regard to the utilization in the czech business environment.

Práce zkoumá závislost zadluženosti a rentability vlastního kapitálu podniku a faktory, které na ně působí. Věnuje se zkoumání optimální kapitálové struktury, průměrným nákladům, zlatým bilančním pravidlům, finanční páce. Zkoumá důvody zadlužování a jednotlivé zdroje financování podniku, hodnotí výhody a nevýhody zdrojů a jejich cenu, popisuje vliv různých způsobů financování a jejich nákladů na rentabilitu vlastního kapitálu.

Kultura jako multiplikátor cestovního ruchu

Práce analyzuje vybraný obor kultury a zkoumá jeho vliv na cestovní ruch. V úvodu práce jsou vymezeny pojmy kultura a cestovní ruch. Jelikož je kultura široký pojem, je práce zaměřena na kulturní památky a způsob jejich financování. Druhá část práce analyzuje kulturní památky v konkrétním městě v České republice a zkoumá jejich vliv na cestovní ruch v dané oblasti. Dále zde jsou navrženy možné varianty jak zvýšit pomocí kulturních památek cestovní ruch.

Specifika účtování a možnosti financování občanských sdružení

Práce je zaměřena na účetnictví a financování občanských sdružení a skládá se ze dvou částí - obecné a praktické. První kapitola se zabývá právní úpravou občanských sdružení, dále jsou uvedeny možné zdroje financování činnosti občanského sdružení a specifika vyskytující se v účetnictví. S účetnictvím jsou též spojeny daně, které jsou předmětem následující kapitoly. Teorie z obecné části je doplněna praktickou částí, ve které byly použity údaje občanského sdružení Fokus Praha.
