MAJEROVÁ, Aneta
The topic of this bachelor thesis is ?Problems of electronic communication with focus on youth. ? Electronic communication is today presented by information technology communication (ITC), whose rapid development in recent years led to great changes in ways of human communication. ICT include PC, e-mail, cell phone, internet, electronic data exchange or online shopping etc. Apart from many indisputable advantages we also need to perceive many risky phenomenon brought by ICT. Special focus is needed to be given to the part of population most endangered by these risks ? children and teenagers. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents summary of information about the present state of this topic. The content of the present state is electronic communication in general, its progress and it?s modern forms, in conclusion there are specificity and risks of using electronic ways of communication by youth defined. The practical part is determined by partial aims of research and hypothesis set in advance. The partial aims are chosen in sequence to the main aim of the thesis. The main aim of the thesis is to define problems and possible hazards of electronic communication within its recent trends with focus on youth. The research was done quantitatively by method of asking by anonymous questionnaire. Part of questions of my questionnaire was used before in Uwe Buermann?s questionnaire, therefore following interpretation included not only comparison of theoretical knowledge with outcomes of my own research, but mostly comparison of my outcomes with selected outcomes of Uwe Buermann. Interpretation is set in chapter Discussion. In conclusion of thesis I generally review the most important outcomes of research and suggest proceeding which would lessen riskiness of some phenomenoms on the internet. I give there also possible contributions of my thesis.

The Impact of ICT and Social Media on Behavior of People in Information Society
Škrampal, Jiří ; Rosický, Antonín (advisor) ; Pavlíček, Antonín (referee)
Today's information society is changing dramatically along with the evolution of technology, which influences our perception of every aspect related to ICT greatly. New wave of social networks changes not only the nature our perception of the internet, but also the very basics of social interaction. Some of these phenomena were described in Norbert Wiener's definition of information ethics in 1954. Another phenomenon, very actual for researched field, is described in Alienation Theories by sociocybernetics expert R. F. Geyer. The objective of this study is to analyze sociocybernetics and its possible impacts on fileds of sociology and psychology, as well as digestedly compile fragments of interactive media and social networks, which can be directly linked to negative sociological and psychological effects. The study involves the overview, comparison and issues of rating systems as well as their application in countries of EU. The study also involves trends related to ICT and the internet in czech environment. This section is based on combination of results of long-term sociological study created by Doc. PhDr. Petra Saka CSc., and results of own research.

This thesis focuses on the issue of ICT innovation in small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. The first objective is an analysis of ICT innovations; the second one is a suggestion of criterions suitable for the mapping of ICT performance and the third objective is verification of these suggested criterions in the real enterprise which is DATASYS. Sub-steps that lead to fulfillment of specified main objectives are to clarify characteristic of ICT and related concepts, as well as explanation of BSC management tool and determination its advantages and disadvantages. The last steps in this section are an identification of key trends, the exploration of new ICT technologies and the mapping of the ICT current state in DATASYS. Meštellér, Tomáš ; Střížová, Vlasta (advisor) ; Zaal, Petr (referee)
The aim of this work is a practical confirmation of a hypothesis that IT and ICT tools are a source of competitive advantages and increase the competitiveness of small businesses. After establishing the theoretical framework for my thesis, I focus on a definition and suppliers of ICT tools in the Czech market. In the practical part of the work I underwent a detailed research and analysis of five major and frequent communication situations in the surveillance organisation. This research was made before the implementation of ICT tools and then after their subsequent integration into the organisation. Outputs of my observations are further subjected to a comparison with respect to competitiveness, efficiency and cost. The obtained results support the initial argument of positive impact of ICT tools even if used in small businesses.
Phenomenon of Emergence in Complex Information Systems
Rajnoha, Martin ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Svatoš, Oleg (referee)
The aim of this diplomma thesis is to build a platform of the phenomenon of emergence in complex information systems. To our best knowledge, there has not been provided any similar concept in either internetional or domestic academic literature. The necessity to create a concept of the phenomenon of emergence in the enviroment of information systems stems from the observation of the fragmented knowledge about the emergence concept in the pool of scientific papers where the link between emergence and information systems is missing. As a result, the platform created in this work is the reaction to the lack of the above mentioned link, while the ambition is to provide a cornerstone for potential emergence's utilization in information systems. In this work, we provide a construct that describes and analyzes the characteristics, technics and methodologies in connection with the phenomenon of emergence, placing a great deal on the specifics of the emergence in complex information sytems. Special attention is paid to eNetworks that we consider to be the best enviroment for examining the characteristics of emergent behavior in regards to the concept of complexity. This enviroment shows suitable conditions for the analysis of information spreading and dynamic interactions, which is primarily connected with generating of emergent characteristic. In order to understand the causality of specific emergence's demonstrations, we take a closer look at two approaches: Holonistic multi-agemt systems and iterative simulation process.
