This diploma thesis focuses on the remuneration system of workers in a chosen company PiTV – StarMedia s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts – a theoretical part, a practical part, and a proposal of a solution and its benefits. The first part contains theoretical basis. The practical part introduces the company, analyzes the current state of the remuneration system in the company, it also contains the research obtained by interviews, and the analysis of its results. The last part is a proposal of a solution and its benefits, an innovation of the current remuneration system.
Creation of an educational course from the lector's perspective in a corporate education environment

The diploma thesis is construed in the context of corporate education of employees. Its objective is to examine the process of creating an educational course from the perspective of a teacher of further education. The paper presents corporate training of employees as a systematic process in the context of human resources management and development. It underlines its systematic approach and coherence with other activities of the organization. The diploma thesis deals in more detail with the essential methods of development and education of employees applied both in the workplace and outside of it. Furthermore, the work describes the term of methods, presents their basic classification, ways of using them in the educational process and briefly characterizes them. It defines the relationships between the terms of employee, human resource and human capital and clarifies the concepts of educational project, subjects of education and other fundamental notions related to the development and training of employees in the organization. Implementation of Apartment House for Social Housing in Starec - Building Contruction Project

Master thesis focuses on complex conducting of the technological project with accented earthwork, laying foundations and ceiling construction. Apartment building consists of two floors and is based in complicated geotechnical conditions which require changing subsoil and laying a foundation slab. The main aim of this thesis is a proposal of technological notes, time and financial management, selection of machinery, transport to the building site, work safety regulations, quality check of the conducted work and construction organisation.
Web and Mobile App for Assigning and Confirming Tasks

This work solves managing employees by a dispatcher. The goal is to increase the efficiency of the work of a dispatcher, as well as a single employee's tasks. I focused on assigning tasks, event notification, and tasks state changes and all that in real-time. The solution consists of a website application that is used by a dispatcher and mobile application for employees. Website application is made in the PHP framework Symfony and the mobile app is made in the Flutter framework. The whole idea is to simplify the communication process. The dispatcher is able to check the state of assigned tasks whenever he needs, as well as the employee is notified about the newly assigned task, or changed task state, immediately. The solution significantly simplified the dispatcher's job. The idle times and unnecessary employee journeys were eliminated thanks to the immediate response, which made the whole process more effective. Following these facts, the overall costs should be lowered, and also more work should be made in the same amount of time.
Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in the Selected Company

My thesis deals with a system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a selected company. The company wanted to remain anonymous. The theoretical part defines basic concepts from the personnel work and employees motivation. In the practical part, I introduce the company and analyse the system of remuneration and motivation of employees. Subsequently, a survey in the form of a questionnaire will be conducted among employees, focusing on their satisfaction with the system of remuneration. Based on the findings, I will propose measures that would improve the current situation and may contribute to a higher motivation of the employees in the future as well as to the improvement of their performance.
Allergens in the work enviroment

The thesis with the topic allergens in the work environment is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part is described the problematic of allergic diseases, allergens and workplace safety from general viewpoint, the practical part deals with the problematic of allergic diseases incurred by causes directly linked with work environment and is displayed using gathered data. The thesis is made as a secondary data analysis of occupational allergic diseases by profession as are exogenous allergic alveolitis, allergic rhinitis, asthma bronchiale, allergic contact dermatitis. The data were provided by National Institute of Public Health in Prague. The content of data was reported occupational diseases from the whole Czech Republic especially from the South Bohemia and the Pilsen regions, diagnoses of diseases and industries from which were those diseases reported. The data were from years 2010 to 2018. This thesis is focused on the analysis of gathered data. The main objective of the thesis is to find out, in which direction is the trend of occupational allergic diseases in the Czech Republic, mostly in two researched regions going, which allergic diseases occurred most often, from which industries were those diseases reported the most and from which industries and in which ratio were reported researched occupational diseases.

The bachelor thesis on allergens in work environment is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, which describes the issue of allergic diseases, allergens and occupational safety from the general point of view and the practical part, in which the issue of allergic diseases arising in direct connection with the working environment is displayed using the data obtained. Four basic research questions were asked: "Which allergic diseases were most common in the work environment?", "Which allergens were most common in the context of allergic diseases?", "Which type of occupation was most commonly associated with allergic diseases?" What is the trend in the development of occupational allergic diseases?" The other 2 questions were focused on the links between allergenic substances and the work sector in which allergic occupational diseases occurred and the links between allergenic substances and the specific diseases that occurred. The bachelor thesis has been handled as a secondary analyse of data, these data have been granted by a Regional Hygienic Station in České Budějovice, department hygiene in work place. All the data included in this bachelor thesis were concerned all recognized illness from work in the South Bohemian Region from 2010-2018.

Personal development of employees in social services represents a significant preventive potential in terms of avoiding work related exhaustion. It helps safeguard human resources for the profession which is not fullly appreciated in both respects, financial and prestigious. The main problem in the field of social services is a lack of information namely in terms of further personal development of the social workers. This doctoral thesis aims to describe causes, manifestations and consequences of the exhaustion. It also focuses on alternatives which enable prevention of negative impacts of the occupational load. The purpose of this academic paper is to facilitate study at an accredited course for its students as well as teachers and other educational community. Theoreticaly approached document derives its information from both professional literature and popular psychological readings. This writing refers to a thesis which mentions a seminar on the personal development for social service employees. Social work methods and techniques used for working with bullying aggressor

Bachelor thesis on the issue Methods and techniques of social work used for working with bully deals with aggression of clients towards workers of social facilities. Aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out, what methods and techniques of social work are used by workers of social facilities when working with aggressive clients. Another aim of this thesis is to determine, what interventions these facilities use when working with an aggressive client and if these interventions are efficient. I focused on methods and techniques of social work used by social facilities, where they work with children from the age of 7 to 18. I focused on these methods and techniques mainly in practical part of this thesis. In theoretical part I focused on the relevance of bullying, which reference books are concerned with bullying, forms of bullying, personality of an aggressor and a victim, and primarily I focused on methods and techniques of social work, which are used when dealing with bullying. Furthermore, in practical part I looked into what kinds of methods and techniques of social work are used by employees of DDŠ Šindlovy Dvory and of SVP Dukelská when working with a bully and if their methods and techniques are efficient. Research was composed from qualitative survey, using the method of questioning, more specifically using semi-standardized interview with respondent. Respondents were chosen on the grounds of accessibility. Resolution of this thesis provides view of used methods and techniques of social work in practice. Onwards if these methods and techniques are efficient or not and furthermore I point out some potential deficiency of its placing in legislation. Moreover, small collaboration of families, which are not involved in the process of child's transformation, influences whole process of working with a client.
