Diplomová práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti PiTV – StarMedia s.r.o. Práce se dělí na tři hlavní části – teoretickou část, praktickou část a vlastní návrh řešení a jeho přínosy. Vprvní části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska práce. Praktická část seznamuje se společností, analyzuje současný stav systému odměňování ve společnosti, obsahuje výzkumnou část pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozbor získaných výsledků. Poslední část práce je návrh řešení a jeho přínosy, tedy změna současného systému hodnocení a odměňování. This diploma thesis focuses on the remuneration system of workers in a chosen company PiTV – StarMedia s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts – a theoretical part, a practical part, and a proposal of a solution and its benefits. The first part contains theoretical basis. The practical part introduces the company, analyzes the current state of the remuneration system in the company, it also contains the research obtained by interviews, and the analysis of its results. The last part is a proposal of a solution and its benefits, an innovation of the current remuneration system.
