The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the new fast food concept called SnackMaster, where small, hot meals will be prepared using high quality and fresh ingredients, especially from local farmers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part includes the basic concepts of business, the characteristics and the structure of the business plan. The practical part of the thesis deals with the business plan for the project itself. The greatest emphasis is put on the financial plan, which is made for the purpose of the founder only for the first year of business activity. The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the viability of the project, to analyze competitors and suppliers, to select a suitable location for the realization of this business idea and last but not least to identify necessary financial resources.
In-Store Marketing of Bageterie Boulevard in the Second Half of the Year 2012 Accenting the Linguistic Component of Communication

This bachelor thesis describes in-store marketing activities of the czech fast food restaurant chain Bageterie Boulevard. It highlights linguistic aspects of these activities. The thesis deals with a description of used in-store marketing tools during 2014 and the first quarter of 2015 in three chosen Bageterie Boulevard restaurants in Prague. After a short introduction of the company a first part introduces a reader to the problematics of in-store marketing and the problematics of advertising texts. It chooses specific tools and instruments and also sets a theoretic framework for a further description in a second part of the thesis. It looks for basic specifics of fast food restaurants in-store marketing. The second part of the thesis includes a descriptive analysis of chosen aspects itself. It describes a presence and a form of both long and short-term in-store marketing instruments and also written and spoken messages in visible parts of point of sale. Within verbal communication it highlights interesting linguistic components. The thesis also notices differences in store atmosphere within the chosen restaurants.
Nutrition and eating habits primary school

Aim of this thesis was mapping of diet and eating habits of children from primary school through survey. Chosen respondents were pupils in 4th and 5th grades in microregion Blatná. It took part 279 pupils aged 9 - 11. The results are processed in the form of graphs, tables and discussions. Children´s nutrition is very discussed topic lately. It all comes with the food machines where children have access to unhealthy junk food.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to execute a business plan for a business in the field of fast foods. The main goal of the business plan is to evaluate feasibility and practicability of this project. The master thesis is divided into two main sections: a theoretical and practical one. The first part describes the entrepreneurship, small & medium enterprises in Czech Republic and a business plan. Moreover, it focuses on theoretical background that consists of principles, methods and approaches that should be respected when writing a business plan. In addition, it describes parts of a business plan. The second part deals with the business plan for the project itself that is based on the theoretical background. The evaluation of this business idea in terms of its aspects is then provided.

This Diploma thesis deals with chain of fast food restaurants named Chipotle, which is predominantly known in the United States of America, and its potential entry into the Czech market. The thesis analyzes the marketing strategy of the company and applies its adaptation for the Czech market. The competitive advantage of the company is using local organic raw ingredients of high quality; therefore, the thesis examines the Czech people´s interest in Mexican cuisine as well as issues of sustainable development. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the marketing strategy of the chain of restaurants with Mexican fast food and subsequently to apply the adaptation of the marketing mix to the conditions at the Czech market.
