Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření malého restauračního zařízení se sortimentem teplých pokrmů určených k odnosu ssebou – tzv. „take-away“. V této práci je řešeno financování projektu, analýza konkurenčního prostředí, návrh realizace a propagace nového podniku. The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a small restaurant with a range of hot dishes intended for take-away. This project deals with the financing of the project, the analysis of the competitive environment, the proposal for the realization and the promotion of the new business.
