The National Youth Sport Festival as a motivation for the athletes'careers

Title: The National Youth Sport Festival as a motivation for athletes' careers Objectives: The aim of this work is to evaluate the factors of athletes' motivation for participation at the National Youth Sport Festival and the perceived image of the event. The inclusion of athletes without participation and with participation at the event in the research allows a comparison of the perceived image between these two groups of respondents. Methods: Both quantitative and qualitative methods are used in this thesis. Electronic interviewing of the National Youth Sport Festival participants and members of sports association without participation was the main method of data collection. The questionnaires were compiled according to foreign studies. The electronic interviewing was supplemented with an in-depth interview with a marketing expert. Results: The results show, that the National Youth Sport Festival is fulfilling the main mission in the mind of participants. The sports event brings participants not only experiences, but also fun, enjoyment and new friendships. The event is a motivational event that motivates not only to recreational but also professional sport. Title: Attitudes and opinions of the adolescents at the age of 15 - 18 to the sport and movement activities Objectives: The establishment and comparaison of the opinions and attitudes to movement activities and sport in teenagers was the main objective of this thesis. PASA questionnaire focused on15 - 18 years old secondary schools students was applied. Methods: A method of the written interviewing using PASA questionnaire was used. This questionnaire was widespread some 15 years ago, yet we made a pre- testing sample and some questions were modified. By means of the PASA questionnaire we asked about opinions and attitudes of the adolescents concerning the movement acitivities and sport in light of the psycho-social, real movement and sport activities, of the exploitation of the available physical education and sport facilities etc. The research was effected at selected secondary schools in the Czech Republic. Results: The obtained data were statistically processed and the results are presented in the aggregate tables stating the statistically significant differencies between sex, age groups. A part of the thesis is the comparaison of our result with a research carried out in 2000 (Slepička et. al., 2001). Key words: adolescent, physical activity, sports, interviews, secondary school

Title: Research of customer satisfaction in Prague gyms focused on kettlebell exercises Objectives: Main goal of the Bachelor thesis is to find out the customers'satisfaction regarding group sessions and other services provided by Železná koule gyms. Based on information gained from customers' feedback, recommendations for the improvement of Železná koule operations have been prepared. Methods: In terms of work there was a quantitative research based on electronic survey. Research results were collected and shown through pie and bar charts. Results: The research shows that the clients are satisfied with the services provided by both Železná koule gyms in Prague. In areas where Železná koule was shown to require improvement many solutions have been proposed for the benefit of the owner. Keywords: sport service, marketing research, clients, surveys

Lojková, N. Economic benefits of marketing strategy of a specialized enterprise of services. Bachelor’s thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the economic benefits of the marketing strategies of the hospitality business. Methods used for the thesis were SWOT analysis, competition and business analysis, and questionnaire survey focused on customer satisfaction assessment. Based on the information gained, marketing improvements have been suggested to increase demand and sales. An improvement proposal in business management was developed to achieve a positive economic result.
Proposal of marketing communication of APM Sport store

Title: The Proposal for Marketing Communication of "APM Sport" store Goals: The goal is to analyze and evaluate the current marketing comunication of the "APM Sport" store, based on the acquired data and findings and propose a new improved marketing communication of the store. Methods: Methods of both qualitative and quantitative reseach have been employed to assess the marketing communication, specifically an interview with instuctions and analysis of internal documents. Later these methods were suplemented by quantitative research, namely polling of both actual and potential customers. Results: The output of the work is a proposal for the improvement of the marketing communication of "APM Sport" store, including new means of communication and efficiency improvement of the current means. It is particularly the enhancement of the loyalty program, personal sale during the outgoing events and increase of PR cooperation. Customer satisfaction with the services of Squashpark Cibulka

Title: Customer satisfaction with the services of Squashpark Cibulka Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to determine customer's satisfaction with the services in the Squashpark Cibulka. The second goal is to propose the recommendations of improvement that squashpark can perform. Methods: In my thesis, I use two methods of quantitative research. These two methods are questioning in writing and personal questioning. The first one is customer-oriented where customers evaluate the aspects that were chosen by me, by management of this squashpark and by my supervisor of bachelor's thesis. Personal questioning is performed with the employer of squashpark. She is supposed to guess what the most frequent answer by the customers is. To the research, I also add my subjective observation during the questioning. Results: Based on the research, I could determine some imperfections that this squashpark has. The biggest problems are regarded to health club (gym) and purity in whole squashpark. On the other hand, I found also very positive aspects, for instance the behaviour of squashpark staff is evaluated very well. From the gained facts, I made the classificatory crosses that were annotated. Then I made a table of the most problematic aspects that I found and I proposed the recommendations...
Popularity of the Olympic Games among high school and university students

Title: Popularity of the Olympic Games among high school and university students Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the knowledge of the Olympic games among the Czech students. The data are compared by type and field of study. Methods: In order to meet the main goal of the bachelor thesis, primary data collection was required. Marketing research used quantitative method, questioning. Knowledge of the students were investigated using an electronic questionnaire created on Survio.com. The research file included 206 respondents. Results: The knowledge of Czech students about the Olympic Games can be considered as average. From the final comparison of the results, we can state that the differences between the types and fields of studies are significant. Students of bachelor degrees with their knowledge exceeded students of secondary schools and master's degrees especially in questions about history, past and future Olympic games. Among study fields dominated the students of sport fields. They know sports and year of the first Olympic games almost perfectly. The majority of respondents, that are actively interested in esports, showed big interest in attending the tournament. Respondents also showed solid knowledge of Czech and world esports scene.
