Design of a robotic workplace for machining a cylindrical shaped part
Fajt, Petr ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is about the design of a robotic workplace for machining complex components. The theoretical part briefly discusses the issue of industrial robots, end effectors and CNC machines. The practical part is about design of individual devices. First is designed end effector for the robot, then manipulator, output checking station and palletizing equipment. Then the entire workplace is assembled. Next there are performed control calculations and at the end a risk analysis is done for the designed workplace.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for machine tool operators
Simandl, Tomáš ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with virtual commisioning of robotic production system for machine tools operators. This thesis is based on real workplace, which is located in the laboratory of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the BUT. The issues of virtual commisioning, data validation and workshop analysis are described in the teoretical part of the thesis. In the practical part of the thesis there is described creation of components in the RobotStudio, robotic programm, PLC program and also virtual commisioning itself.
Workplace design for rearrangement of parts from pallets to frames
Němec, David ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with a workplace design for rearrangement of high-pressure pump heads from pallets to frames at Bosch Diesel s.r.o. in Jihlava. Firstly, the introduction of the company with its products is mentioned and a closer look at the handled head of the high-pressure pump is given afterwards. This is followed by a research of a current market in the field of automation, robotics and industrial safety systems. Furthermore, there is a compiled analysis of the current workplace and the description of type spectrum of individual components. The followings are designs of possible implementation solutions and their description. A multicriteria method is used to select the most suitable variant. For the winning variant, a detailed design concept of the workplace is developed, and this is finally evaluated from a technical and economic point of view.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Gluing of Magnets of DC Motors
Kűhnel, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a general concept workplace for gluing magnets to the DC stators. The thesis is focused on the selection of industrial robots and their location, the design and the construction of end effectors for manipulation with segments and stators and the proposal of solution for engineering units on a workplace. Among the construction units belong: revolving tables with gripping systems, rotary tables on pallets and construction manipulators. At the end of the thesis the concept of the solution for workplace safety is created according to current legislation and safety standards.
Virtual commissioning of palletizing / depalletising workstation
Čefelín, David ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is dealt with the virtual commissioning of a palletizing line, which is palletized using an industrial robot. In the theoretical part I describe the applications, divisions and effectors of the industrial robots and the reasons and the benefits of palletizing. Furthermore, the issue of virtual commissioning is described, including sensors, that are served for the proper operation of the workplace and the virtual simulation. In the practical part I describe the future workplace, creating a simulation and the program in the RobotStudio software.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for foam seal application
Kracík, Lukáš ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the design and digital commissioning of a robotic system for foam sealing application. The research review section of this thesis describes the issues of offline robot programming and the subsequent digital commissioning. Additionally, a survey of available equipment in the field of robotic application of tape material was carried out. In the practical part, conceptual designs of the robotic workstation were proposed. The chosen design variant was constructed and subsequently digitally commissioned using Tecnomatix Process Simulate, TIA Portal and Robot Studio software.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for handling asynchronous motor housing
Hrala, Adam ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The focus of the diploma thesis concerns the virtual commissioning of the workplace for machining the skeletons of asynchronous electric motors. It includes a basic description of handling and parameters for its automation, types of handling devices, end effectors and virtual commissioning. In the second part, the design of the overall workplace is created, consisting of the design of the end effector structure, creation of the workplace layout and subsequent virtual commissioning.
Virtual commissioning of the robotic workplace for additive manufacturing
Žanda, Martin ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the virtual commissioning of a robotic workplace for additive manufacturing. The aim of this thesis is virtual commissioning of solved workplace and creating a simulation model for simulation of the production process, including ensuring the safety of the robotic workplace. This thesis is divided into 6 parts. The first part focuses on the analysis of the current state of knowledge in the field of the addressed issue. The second part is devoted to the analysis of additive manufacturing technologies. The third part introduces the addressed workplace and describes individual components. The following 2 chapters describe the process of model creation, control algorithms and virtual commissioning in the selected softwares – RobotStudio, SIMIT SP and TIA Portal. A simplified risk analysis is conducted in the final part and subsequently safety measures are proposed.
Creating a User Interface for an Industrial Test-It-Off System
Tabaček, Jakub ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This work is focused on the design, development and testing of a web interface for operators of a robotic system. To solve the problem, the most popular reactive framework React and knowledge obtained from the analysis of users and their needs were used. The output of the work is an intuitive web interface, designed according to recommended UX practices, enabling operators to simply and easily launch and monitor the progress of projects.
