Tato práce, jak již její název napovídá, je podnikatelským plánem nově vzniklého oddělení Master Data Managementu v rámci společnosti Adastra s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit kvalitní dokument s vysokou vypovídací hodnotou, který splní očekávání uživatelů, a pokusit se zjistit potenciál MDM trhu v České republice a tomu odpovídající možné zisky společnosti. K tomu budou použity volně dostupné odhady poradenských a konzultačních společností. Přínosem této práce je již samotné sestavení tohoto dokumentu, protože v oddělení do této doby neexistoval v této finální podobě. Dále je přínosem doplnění podnikatelského plánu o chybějící části jako organizační struktura, nebo potenciál českého trhu MDM a následné propočty budoucích zisků společnosti. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy v první jsou popsány úlohy, funkce, vlastnosti, zásady tvorby a struktura podnikatelského plánu. V druhé části je konkrétně vypracovaný podnikatelský plán. Tato praktická část ale není veřejná. Je to z toho důvodu, že obsahuje strategicky významné informace o oddělení i o společnosti.

Jak si založit podnik

Práca komplexne analyzuje podnikanie po všetkých stránkach, vniká do podstaty úspešného podnikania so všetkými aspektami týkajúcich sa podnikateľskej činnosti a osobnosti podnikateľa. Teoritické zákonitosti sú aplikované do spracovania fiktívneho podnikateľkého zámeru v oblasti ubytovacích a stravovacích služieb. Podnikateľský plán zahŕňa popis predmetu podnikania ? penziónu, právne náležitosti, celkovú situačnú analýzu, marketingový plán, finančný plán a zhodnotenie investície. Cieľom je súhrne priblížiť podnikateľskú činnosť formou fiktívneho založenia podniku.

Cieľom mojej práce je vysvetliť čitateľovi všetky nevyhnutné kroky potrebné pre založenie podniku a zároveň spracovať názornú ukážku podnikateľského plánu na konkrétny podnikateľský zámer. V prvej časti práce som objasnil základné pojmy súvisiace s podnikaním, dôvody pre rozhodnutie začať podnikať a tiež teoretickú štruktúru podnikateľského plánu s popisom jednotlivých častí a vysvetlením ako postupovať pri ich tvorbe. V druhej časti, praktickej, som vytvoril podnikateľský plán na konkrétny podnikateľský zámer s vystihnutím všetkých dôležitých častí, ktoré sú pri založení podniku potrebné.

This thesis contains the business plan of the reconstruction of a weekend house to an apartment house. The theoretical part contains the needed resources for the correct design of a business plan, including both its shape and content. Those principles are applied to the project in the practical part. A part of the work is the financial analysis of this investment through the methods of the Net Present Value, the Internal Rate of Return and the Payback Period.

The biggest producer of potato starch in Czech republic is thinking about using the factory for producing pea starch. There are two reasons, at first quotas for producing potato starch, European Union determines these quotas. Secondly, it's very difficult (financially as well as agronomically) to plant potatoes. The capacity of the factory will be fulfilled and the dependence on one raw material will be reduced, these are the advantages of producing new kind of starch. The aim of this thesis, it's to make the business plan and to consider the reality of this plan.

The goal of this work is to find the conditions and responsibilities important for start and expansion business in the Czech Republic, especially to get and organize business plan merge including its feasibility. I think about retail with gold and silver jewelry, ground glasses, watches and porcelain. This business activity falls under buying and selling goods and services. To achieve goals of this work I'll seperate it on two parts - theoretical and practical. In first part I'll putt my mind generally on the characteristics of business and business plan. Also I'll write something about choosing of corporate form, options how to finance the business plan, about organisation providing various services to the other firms and also something about gold history and Assay office. In practical part I'll focus on doing concrete business plan. I'll analyze market environment to found new potencial clients, their needs and buying decision, potencial risks, competition, their weaknesses and threats, and try to using it against them.
