Appraisal of employees in the collection company

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is appraisal of employees in the collection company. The aim is to analyze the present system of the appraisal of employees. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge gained by studying literature. In the practical part I will try to analyze system of the appraisal of employees in the collection company and I try to describe what methods are used, how often the appraisal occurs and which form is used to inform results to employees. In the final part after analyzing the strengths and weaknesses I suggest equipment which will improve the evaluation process.

The thesis concerns an apparaisal of employees in a particular company. The aim is to analyse the current system of personnel evaluation. Then I suggest based on theoretical knowledge acquired from the professional literature, changes leading to making this system of evaluation more efficient.
Wage policy of Česká pošta

The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to analysis of system of remuneration of employees in the company Česká pošta, SE. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is explained the core of remuneration of employees including explanation of relationship between remuneration of employees, work evaluation and evaluation of employees. In the practical part are summarised results of the analysis of changes in the system of remuneration of employees and suggestion of improvement of this system. Information on the issue is taken from internal corporate materials and from research that was carried out between leading managers od Česká pošta, SE. It was found out that according to the opinion of leading employees the current system of remuneration led to better behavior and higher work performance of subordinace employees. Although the current system of remuneration of employees is not seen so positive by employees, leading employees would welcome strickter changes.

The Master thesis is focused on describing a structure and importance of Talent Management in a particular company. The aim of this thesis is to describe a current process of Talent managing and developing in the chosen company. Based on an analysis of strengths and weaknesses and evaluation of current situation are recommended relevant changes. These changes would increase effectiveness of the process. In theoretical part are defined terms and definitions, which were obtained by studying of secondary sources. There are also described trends of Talent Management and impact of economic crisis on Talent Management. At the conclusion, there is made a summary which also includes specific recommendations for Talent Management in chosen company.

The theme of the Master's thesis is an analysis of personnel work in the company Makovec a.s. which develops, manufactures and sells meat and meat products. The work is divided into theoretical part where the individual personnel activities are described and the practical part where the theoretical knowledge is compared with the practical facts in the company. The analysis focuses on the recruitment, selection, adoption, adaptation, evaluation, remuneration and education of employees and aims to identify the strengths and the weaknesses and tries to suggest alternative solutions.

The company Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. is concerning with production and distribution of alcoholic beverages, mainly generally known Karlovarská Becherovka. This work describes all human resources activities, which take place in the company. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is dealing with topic from the view of experts. Practical part consists of information gained from personal conversation with employee of human resources department of the company.

The theoretical part neatly summarizes the philosophies, trends and practices in evaluating and remuneration employees and in sub-conclusions it expresses the position of the author of this bachelor thesis to them. The content of the practical - the analytical part of this work is the analysis of the current state of the remuneration employees in the company Suchanek & Walraven Ltd. and the main goal of this thesis - the functional methodological design for developing the new system of remuneration employees, reflecting the conditions of the company, and its expressed needs for the future.

The company is divided into several divisions, then two of them is the introduction of teamwork and team pay.Theoretical part after studying the literature is focused on concepts of teamwork, team, motivace, employees rating and remuneration. Another part is of the company ČZ. It explains the introduction of teamwork in ČZ and the division of workers into teams. The analysis focused on the production team. It explains the composition of the team, their powers, and examines their wages. Survey was carried out in production teams. Based on results from questionnaires to establish firm recommendations for the management of human resources.
