The Typology of the Customers in the Fashion Industry

This Master's Thesis is focusing on the typology of consumers in the apparel industry. The thesis is comparing two different typologies. The first one is based on the data of the project Fashion 2012, the second one on the analysis of data MML-TGI. The thesis is also including a detailed description of the segments and evaluation of the positive and negative aspects of these projects, possible recommendations and proposals for new typologies. Next sections are focusing on the theoretical aspects and characteristics of the Czech market. It is fully possible to use the results in practice. Thanks to them, the companies can obtain a comprehensive overview of the current trends and customers of this market.
Attitudes and buying behaviour of customers of a shopping center

The aim of this diploma theses is some analysis of attitudes and shopping behaviour in department store Dvořák in Tábor. The investigation was made by marketing research. Its target was to analyze the perception of consumers, their feelings and opinions through the questionnaires. Another aim was to find out from which reasons consumers visit this store, what are they buying, how do they find the environment and what about global features of the store.

The topic of thesis is "The attitudes and buying behavior of customers of a shopping center." The aim of this work was to evaluate the attitudes and buying behavior of customers, specifically in the Business Centre Čtyři Dvory in České Budějovice, which conducted a questionnaire survey. At the same time also set targets for evaluation in this shopping center, depending on gender and determine whether they are in the center of satisfied customers buying From the perspective of a range of products and services offered. Currently, traders and developers play an increasingly difficult market rival battle for customers, so it is important to offer customers in the centers of the various alternatives both here to spend their leisure time to the management of these centers attract more visitors. It is therefore necessary to know what the customer when buying most affects what range of services or favors, as they are exposed interior of the shopping centers and the like. These factors may play a key role in ensuring the popularity centers and higher customer satisfaction.
Irrationality in purchasing behaviour

The aim of the work titled ?Irrationality in shopping behavior" was to realize several experiments aimed to confirm the irrationality in the shopping behavior and then make cross-cultural comparisons. To allow the comparison of results, were selected experiments already performed by Dan Ariely with American students. During the works were progressively evaluated predetermined hypotheses.
Instore communication

The Thesis looks into problems of in-store communication from Brief of POS to final placement at the store. The core of the Thesis is to reveal non-efficient fields of otherwise very successful tools. The goal is to verify hypothetic problems which influence full effectiveness of POS tools at retail stores. The Thesis brings a different frame of reference and tries to reveal problems and make them visible, but to find out solutions as well. The results are supported by researches from 3 different fields. They are the customer research, the supplier and POS implementer research, and retail research (hypermarket). The methods used are observation, interview (personal and questionnaire) and assisted shopping. Confirmed problems which follow from researches and influence the effectiveness of POS are these: no certain definition of POS goals; inadequate attractiveness of POS for customers; low-cost production instead of creativity and originality; no harmony between material of display and exposed products and bad cooperation between all subjects within process of POS.
E-shop brands perception when shopping on the internet and evaluation of brand Alza.cz

The aim of this thesis is to map and analyze Czech internet environment with regard to the perception of e-shop brands and shopping behavior when online shopping. A sub-goal is to find the key factors and trends in purchase decisions of Czech consumers on the internet and compare its roles with role of e-shop brands. The secondary objective of this work is to make brand evaluation of Czech e-shop Alza.cz. Analysis of available secondary data and own primary market research survey via the internet have been done as a part of this thesis. Three hypotheses have been identified and tested. Recommendations based on the research outcomes have been formulated for e-shops operating on the Czech online market as well as concrete recommendations for e-shop Alza.cz.
Differences in shopping behaviour of men and women in the czech retail marketplace

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on meaning of the shopping behaviour particularly on the predispositions and the buyer decision process. These factors create the black box of buyer in general. On the basis of the available secondary data and observation are analysed in the practical part of the thesis the general differences of men and women, the differences in shopping in the supermarket or on the internet as well. The thesis also involves a marketing research, which was realized with the help of questionare. The questionare inquire into the differences in shopping behaviour of men and women in the czech retail electro-marketplace. In the end was effected the mystery shopping.
