Recovery winch for mobile machinen
Tichý, Štěpán ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with design rope winch for mobile machines with a maximum pulling force of 20000 N. The work consists of technical report and drawings. Technical report includes a search of the current solution, designs and controls rope, rope drum, electromotor, gearbox and bearings. Next the work includes custom design of semiautomatic mechanical clutch with the calculation components of which it is composed. Design documentation includes component drawing and drawing the rope drum.
Kinetic energy recuperation systems
Hapala, Miroslav ; Porteš, Petr (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with kinetic energy recuperation systems (KERS), which is obtained by braking, in cars and sports cars. In the first section describes the different types of systems, their function and the accumulation of energy. In the second part are some examples of use in passenger transport and in motor racing. In the conclusion are summarized their advantages and disadvantages and their contribution to the future ecology of automotive traffic.
Electric cars heating systems
Kolomazník, Milan ; Fišer, Jan (referee) ; Hejčík, Jiří (advisor)
The object of this bachelor thesis is a research concerned the electric vehicle interior heating ways. The basic terms connected with the electromobilism general problems are described at the beginning. The following part outlines the current problems that impede the wide expansion of these vehicles. The thesis sums up the direct methods of the heating using electricity and the alternative way, which is a self-sufficient heating using an internal combustion engine. It also assesses the applicability of heat loss emerging in the electric components, such as an electric motor, a frequency converter or an accumulator. Based on these findings, the various constructional drafts were created including a list of their strengths and weaknesses. The conclusion draws a comparison between each of these constructional solutions.
Gasoline generator for mobile robotic applications
Hrbáč, Zbyněk ; Lamberský, Vojtěch (referee) ; Vejlupek, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the construction of generator for mobile robotic applications. The first part provides a survey of power generators available on both the domestic and international markets. In the second part is an overview of applicable electrical machines in the generator mode. There is a description, principle of operation and specifics of each motor and a possible regulation of an output. The third part deals with the actual construction of a testing model. The BLDC (brushless DC) motor with output power of 660W was used as a generator.
Design of milling machine spindl
Betlach, Jakub ; Hrbáček, Jakub (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the construction of the milling machine spindle. The first part includes research in the structural part of machine-tools spindles that are used currently. The first section also contains an overview of producers of machine-tools and their milling machines. The second part is focused on the design of the spindle according to selected parameters, including the necessary calculations. This thesis also includes spindle assembly drawing and 3D model created with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2011.
Mobile Wood Splitter
Grác, David ; Kubín, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor thesis is design a mobile wooden log splitter according to the basic technical parameters: maximum pressure on the splitting wedge 90 kN, stroke 580 mm, diameter of timber to be cut to 450 mm and its maximum length to 1100 mm. Construction equipment was carried out as vertical.
Alternative and hybrid powertrains of cars
Trněný, Pavel ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with alternative fuels for gas engine, hybrid powertrains of cars and finally electric cars. It creates overview in present day used alternative technologies of car powertrains.
Traveling mechanism of crane trolley
Trlica, Marek ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor work conversant project of traveling mechanism of crane trolley with maximum tonnage 12.5 tons. Work contains calculation effort driving electric motor, travelling wheels, shafts, bearings. A part of work is assemblage drawing and production drawing of travelling wheel.
Stroke mechanism of crane trolley
Galas, Radovan ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with design of stroke mechanism of crane trolley loads for the weights which do not exceed 5 000 kg. This thesis divided into written and practical sections. Written part deals with the calculation of the principal dimensions of lifting and stress control of cable reel. In this work there are also given reasons for choosing certain key parts of the lifting mechanism, such as: electric motor, gearbox, etc. Prior to the calculations in each chapter there is usually located a short introduction of the topic. The practical part contains a drawing of the complete lifting mechanism, cable reel assembly and two production drawings.
Analysis of traction drive for full electric vehicle
Matela, Petr ; Marušinec, Jaromír (referee) ; Solař, Martin (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor´s thesis is research and computations of the dynamics of different types of engines. The first part of it is devoted to theoretical introduction to electromobilism and electro mobiles history. The rest is about benefits and problems of electro mobiles, their current state and available energy sources. In the conclusion of this thesis there are all necessary calculations and the dynamics of three different engine types is solved and compared.
