The automatic tool change system
Kučerová, Veronika ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
Automatic tool change is one of the key ways to reduce unproductive machine times and increase machine productivity. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of automatic tool change. A research is made of the current state of the topic and the subsequent division into individual categories.
The automatic tool change system
Chromčík, Adam ; Hermanský, Dominik (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with automatic tool change, tool holders and clamping in the spindle of a machine tool. It describes the systems used automatic tool change and their basic division. It also research tool holders and in relation to this, the possibilities of the clamping tool holders in the machine.
Problematic of Fast Automatic Tool Change by Working Machinery
Pavlík, Jan ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Velíšek,, Karol (referee) ; Demeč, Peter (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This dissertation thesis is focused on the problem of the Automatic Tool Change for milling centers, which is recently shown as a very current topic. The content of this work is to conduct a comprehensive research of various types of ATC depending on the type of machine, as well as research of the current tool interface relating closely with these problems. There was made a comprehensive analysis on the basis of data obtained by comprehensive research, from which both the main factors affecting this topic and the area dealed and developed by this work resulted. The most problematic area of machinery used nowdays for the Atomatic Tool Change was detected as manipulator provided the exchange between spindle and tool storage. Kinematic structure and design of individual elements affects very significantly the dynamics of the whole process of exchange of tools. Therefore, the work is focused on problematic of the manipulator. The main results of this thesis are constructional design of several types of manipulators, which were partly realized within the project 1.2.4 of Brno department of RCMT in the form of the testing stands. There was developed simulation models for selected types of manipulators which were verificated by measuring on the real stand. On the basis of abovementioned problem there was identified another key issue related not only to the exchange process but also with complex problem of service life of spindle. It is a grab force in the process of picking tools. The work outlines the possibilities for further research of these forces on the service file of spindle (especially on service life of bering groups of spindle).
Multifunctional machining centers for machining rotating and prismatic parts
Merenus, Ondřej ; ing.Petr Polišenský, TOSHULIN,a.s. (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis will focus on a design of multifunctional machining center. The work is created in cooperation with two colleagues. Michal Kunorza will design a rotary table and Tomáš Grëtz will design a machine spindle with automatic tool exchange. My part of the work will focus on design of linear tool axis. The result of this cooperation should be machining center for rotary and non-rotary workpieces.
Design of universal tool magazine SK50 with robotic tool exchange for machine tool WFT 13
Pluskal, Viktor ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dosedla, Michal (advisor)
Topic of the thesis is to design universal tool magazine for tool exchange SK50 for horisontal drilling machine WFT 13 with industry robot. Thesis is tasked by company Fermat CZ s.r.o. In the first part of the thesis there are shown various executions of automatically tool exchange. In second part there is an analysis of solved magazine and posibility of its construction. In third part there is structural design of the magazine and calculation report of selected parts. Supplement of the thesis are also drawing documentation and 3D model of the magazine.
Design of multi-functional machining centre
Zbožínek, Adam ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The master´s thesis describes basic notions in the domain of automatic tools exchange of machining centres. It describes systems which are used today and their basic division. The practical part deals with the construction of the system of automatic exchange of tools for multifunction lathe centre.
The design of software modules to control automatic tool change
Habán, Tomáš ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The presented work is concerned in system of automatic tools change for machining centers. The theoretical part of this diploma work is about basic distribution. The following practical part includes mathematical description of testing stand of systems of automatic tools change STD – 25. In next step the dynamic model of this mechanism and model of servomotor is realized using simulating environment as Matlab/Simulink. The simulation of designed model of complete system is optimized in aspect of rate of change. The obtained values of servomotors performance are compared for various loads of exchange arm at the appropriate times of change. The last section briefly describes other possible alternative solution of similar dynamic systems using connection of software SolidWorks and NI LabView.
Design of manipulation with tools
Frémund, Libor ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design tools to the manipulator, unspecified metal-working machine. The proposal consists of a selection of the optimal design nodes and their functional calculations. The work also includes structural model in 3D view created in Autodesk Inventor 2010. All calculations and procedures are in accordance with current standards.
Manipulator of Tools used for vertical tool magazine
Fiebiger, Radek ; TOSHULIN, Pavel Rumplík, (referee) ; Novotný, Lubomír (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design different variants, choose an optimal one and the constructional solution of a tool manipulator for vertical lathe from SKG line by TOS HULÍN a.s. This thesis also includes technical and economical report. There is a solution of a basic conception, main dimensions, functional calculations and calculations of rigidity of chosen parts of this manipulator. All computations and methods are in accord with valid standards.
