Prevention of cyberbullying at primary schools in Příbram

My bachelor thesis deals with the issue of cyberbullying. The theoretical part, which is divided into three chapters, introduces typical bullying and its stages. I briefly describe the characteristics of an aggressor and a victim. Then, a term cyberbullying and the difference between bullying and cyberbullying are explained. I introduce the means and ways how cyberbullying spreads. I present the best-known cases of cyberbullying in the world and in the Czech Republic to illustrate what effects the bullying in virtual space can have. The final part deals with the prevention and various types of prevention are explained. The practical part of the thesis describes a research study which was conducted among the methodologists of prevention at primary and secondary schools in Příbram. Finally, I present the interpretation of the results.
The Use of Social Networks by Nonprofit Organizations

The goal of this work is to design principles of implementation and operation of the social network for a particular non-profit organization. The structure of this work is divided into several steps. The first part is applied to the theory of social network I focus on social network which are used in the Czech Republic and users of social networks. In the next part I describe the nongovernmental organizations, their environment and the ways of getting resources. The most important part is the analysis of the technological environment, where are mentioned the reasons for the implementation of the social networks for the nongovernmental organizations. Other important parts are the principles of fundraising, a principle that nongovernmental organizations should follow when contacting potentional donors. Another part is applied to the analysis of the activities of five selected nongovernmental organizations or their program on social networks. It also includes evaluation of communication nongovernmental organization on social networks with a potentional donor or volunteer. In the following section I analyze in detail the work program of the Hestia and their activities on the social network. In the chapter is also analysis of the main account on the social network Facebook. The last part is the design of social network for program of the non-profit organization. This part is very inspired by the work of the previous chapters.
Social networks to support competitiveness in companies

This thesis focuses on the issue of social networks. Social networks are one of the many types of social media, which are defined in the introduction of this thesis and described their characteristics. The thesis focuses on the options of two social networks in marketing and on the internet marketing in general. There are three criteria for the use of social net-works in companies -- sales promotion, publicity and communication. They are first de-scribed theoretically, analyzed in the environment of a particular company, the company Student Agency, and ultimately within these criteria suggested solutions to improve the use of social networks in the company. The aim of thesis is to define the possibilities of using social networks in companies to promote competitiveness, describe the options on real company and suggest possible improvements.
Altmetrics: An alternative route for evaluation of the impact of scientific articles

Trends in measuring of the impact of research results does not change often. The number of citations is still a traditional way how to quantitative measure the impact of the articles on the scientific community. The presentation will be discussed how innovative Altmetrics tool that uses social networks. It will be offered a comparison between this instrument and the current situation. Do these methods affect the sharing of scientific information? Are social networks the right way for measuring the quality of scholarly publications?

Utilization of social networks in banking sector of the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the problem of social networking in banking sector of the Czech Republic. The goal of the thesis is to define a set of best practices for successful activity of banks on social networks, based on own research of current activity of selected Czech banks in social networks environment. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter summarizes the findings of previous theses, which dealt with similar topic. The second chapter deals with the problem of social networking theoretically, describes the actual most important social networks in the world, suggests their division according to typical attributes and describes the most important ways of social networking usage for business. The third chapter contains own research of social networks usage by Czech banks, definition of criteria for evaluation of the research and the evaluation itself. The final chapter contains the set of best practices based on the research, which can be used for successful activity of banks in social networks environment. Keywords
The Impact of ICT and Social Media on Behavior of People in Information Society

Today's information society is changing dramatically along with the evolution of technology, which influences our perception of every aspect related to ICT greatly. New wave of social networks changes not only the nature our perception of the internet, but also the very basics of social interaction. Some of these phenomena were described in Norbert Wiener's definition of information ethics in 1954. Another phenomenon, very actual for researched field, is described in Alienation Theories by sociocybernetics expert R. F. Geyer. The objective of this study is to analyze sociocybernetics and its possible impacts on fileds of sociology and psychology, as well as digestedly compile fragments of interactive media and social networks, which can be directly linked to negative sociological and psychological effects. The study involves the overview, comparison and issues of rating systems as well as their application in countries of EU. The study also involves trends related to ICT and the internet in czech environment. This section is based on combination of results of long-term sociological study created by Doc. PhDr. Petra Saka CSc., and results of own research.
Opportunities and conditions of use of social networks to increase competitiveness

The diploma thesis is focused on the social networking sites in terms of their use for increasing the competitiveness of companies. The first part deals with a theoretical introduction to social networks where the basic concepts are defined and then characterized by major networks globally. Each social network is analyzed both in terms of the structure of its users, and are listed as individual options, which provides for promotion within their system - they are mentioned both paid and unpaid opportunities. At the end of this section are described the general possibilities of using social networking for business - ways to measure the impact of these activities, risks and requirements of their operation within the company. The second part is a practical solution to use social networks to support the selected e-commerce business. The introduction provides basic parameters of the e-shop is defined by the competitive environment. The analysis carried out various solutions to various social networks. It is designed and implemented their own social network to the target audience the company. The practical part ends with a final report including recommendations for further progress in the use of social networks. The main contribution of the paper is to present a detailed analysis of selected enterprise communication on social networks, including putting all the relevant data from which the conclusion can be drawn in specific recommendations to further enhance competitiveness.

This thesis shows differences between selected social networks Facebook and Google+. At the beginning, the author describes general characteristics of social networks, their types, advantages, disadvantages and possible risks their users might face. Besides, he presents briefly the two compared and best known social networks. The main objective of the thesis is comparison of the two social networks, compared from the point of view of their various users. In the practical part, the author covers possibilities of the company Zentity s. r. o. on Google+ social network. The examples of links to the website will be created, AdWords advertising and the concluding assessment evaluate the success of the company.
Social, economic and socio-cultural aspects of CouchSurfing phenomenon

The Bachelor thesis on "Social, economic and socio-cultural aspects of CouchSurfing phenomenon" is dedicated to the contemporary trends in tourism and refers especially to the young generation and its current needs in context of travelling. These trends are considered as quite similar to the phenomenon called CouchSurfing, the biggest social network connecting travellers from all around the world, and everything this phenomenon represents. The primary aim of this work is not by any means a comprehensive description of CouchSurfing itself, but an effort to place that phenomenon into a proper context of all social, economic or socio-cultural aspects of the project (mainly focusing on questions why was CouchSurfing established and what it actually brings or influences).

The bachlor thesis Presentation on the Internet of the company: Current options analyzes ways how to promote the restaurant Svatý Prokop. Methods used by restaurants are very dependent on the financial and time availability. Often these are family businesses, where most of the promotional activities are carried out by managers, who can not perform these activities to the extent needed. Conclusion of the thesis is a proposal how to improve promotion due to accessibility for the examined restaurant.
