Management quality - The customer view of a product audit

This graduation theses deals with quality, quality control system, ISO rules and audit of product. Chosen firm is characterized in the practical part of the document, there is explanation of the implementation ISO rules in company. Then I occupy by creation of instruction: quality monitoring in the workroom. Other part of document deals with characteristic of monitored product parameters and using FMEA method. I get at product values of customer and I design methodics for finding customers satisfaction in the ending of document.
Team work and its evaluation on the example of software testing

This diploma thesis focuses on team work during a process of software testing and is divided in three main parts. The first part of this thesis presents main issues, goals and philosophy of software testing. This part is also aimed at core competency of software tester. The second part is aimed at definition of team, teamwork and its advantages and disadvantages. There are discussed ways how it can be measured and evaluated. The third part contains an analysis of real software development project. Significant barriers of team efficiency related to team communication and information flows within and between teams are identified and discussed. Finally there are shown some ways how they can be faced.
Formalization of Team Creation

This paper is divided to practical and theoretical part. Theoretical part defines essential background of personality and work psychology which are pillars for using the personality and roles typology in practical part. I also define conceptions such as group, team, procedures of making the team. Practical part is focused at making the repertoary grid which outlines proximity of team roles, anchored in the repertoary grids upon personal atributes basis and picked team positions.
Vedení a motivace lidí na základě zkušenosti z AIESEC

Cílem této práce je na základě vlastních zkušeností z AIESEC a nastudované literatury navrhnout komplexní model ideálního týmu a popsat jeho charakteristiky, analyzovat a zhodnotit fungování týmů pod mým vedením a porovnat je s navrženým modelem týmu ideálního. Smyslem práce je ucelená a podrobná sebereflexe mého působení jako vedoucího několika týmů v AIESEC a vyvození patřičných závěrů pro mé kvalitnější vedení týmu v budoucnosti.
Using Google services and Google API in small workgroup management

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a draft, a simple solution to communication needs, people management and documents sharing within a small team or working group using available Google services and their potential integration into client application through the application programming interface. There are only some selected Google services in this thesis in context of possible usage of its results in a real case scenario. I used my own personal experience in describing the services, I analysed the necessary theoretical assumptions of teamwork and mainly focused on great potential use of Google Calendar as the best tool for organising people's time and assigning tasks in the process of a workgroup management. The main benefit of this work should be increased general knowledge of capabilities of the services I described and their intended usage in a daily routine.
Managing of geographically dispersed teams

This work is focused on the comparison of cooperation in local and geographically dispersed teams(GDT). In the first part there are defined terms: team, process and project. The first point of analysis is identification of characteristics, which are essential for functioning of team from organizational view. On these characteristics are shown differences between local teams and GDT. Second point is description of requirements for each of activity categories and marking them according to their importance. Third part is focused on evaluation which activity category best fits to kind of team. Next chapter is focused in problems with culture and social difference. This part provides advices, how to create and manage team in order to minimize cultural and social problems. By using the Geert Hofstedehs indexes are shown differences between several cultures. Last part is focused on person of team manager. There are shown requirements for characteristics and personality of local and GDT team manager. Differences are applied on questions of: determining the roles of individual team member, the correct motivation, and solving problems in the team.
The analysis of conditions of teamwork of students at the University of Economics, Prague

There are described and analysed conditions and the process of teamwork of students of the University of Economics, Prague in the thesis. A questionnaire forms the significant part of this thesis. There were found out the positions and the opinions of teamwork of students.

A research of effectiveness of team work in a concrete company, that acts in the sphere of the information technology, is an object of my diploma paper. To take the view about the team work in the company it was necessary to perform an analyse of the team work. I confronted results of the analyse with the real position in the team. An evaluation of conditions in the monitored team and a proposition of pertinent recommendation to increase the effectiveness of team work is an inseparable part of my diploma paper.

Leading of a team - modern approach

The aim of my thesis is a summary of a leading of a team problems with concentration to modern approaches esp. to teambuilding activities. The thesis is devided into five captires. The first one is dedicated to particular styles of leading of the teams, the second capture is about factors of the team dynamics, particular team roles and phases of building a team. The third capture is dedicated to the teambuilding problems. I try to explain its sense, describe its particular phases and mention examples of teambuilding activities. In the fourth capture I introduce a company which deals with teambuilding, AG Vapiti, s. r. o. its services and typical clients. A depth interview with a client of AG Vapiti, s. r. o. and comparsion with a rival company a follow. The last capture of the thesis is the research on the basis of questionary about the gain of teambuilding. At the end I summarize the knowledge I gained by composing the thesis.
