Rights and duties of a member of the association of owners of (residential) units

In my Diploma thesis I focus on rights and duties of the member of the Community of owners of housing units. The Community of owners of housing units and related issues are regulated in Act No. 72/1994 Coll., the Flats Ownership Act. Some general regulation can be found also in the Civil Code. First of all, in the introduction of my Diploma thesis I wanted to describe the reasons that lead me to choose this theme. After that I explained the methods I used in the process of completing of this thesis. After the explanation of the choice of the theme and the methods I concerned with the general regulation of the Community. In this chapter I described the birth of the Community and its articles of association. Here I was concerned with the approval and content of the articles of association and also with so called model articles of association and situations, when they are applicable. I also mentioned the regulation of bodies of the Community. According to Flats Ownership Act, the compulsory bodies of the Community are the meeting of unit owners and the statutory body, which can be represented either by committee or by the authorized owner. The association of the premiere cinemas (1928-1938)

Cinematography in the Czech lands went through a dynamic development during first decades of the 20th century. Original nomadic theatres and vaudevilles were replaced by permanent cinemas. The first one of this kind in the Czech lands was opened in 1907 in Brno. Movies became soon one of the most common way of spending free time as it was obtainable to all sorts of public. The biggest amount of movie theatres were obviously located in bigger aglomerations, the highest level of cinemas in Czech lands were concentrated in Prague. Here, in the center of the Czech capital, had also started a new trend of building a big screening halls, for a first time originaly projected only for a cinema purpose. These venues, builded in the 20's of 20th century as a part of commercial and financial palaces, were unique for reason to be premiere cinemas. Owners of majority of these special cinemas got together into a special ellite club called The association of the premiere cinemas. The EU Enlargement in the Context of the Financial and Economic Crisis

This thesis focuses on the enlargement of the EU in the context of the impact of the financial and subsequent economic crisis. The thesis is divided into chapters. The first chapter introduces the causes and impacts of the crisis. The following chapter focuses on the performance history of the EU and the reasons for its expansion. The third section presents the current candidate and potential candidate countries in terms of their productivity and the development of relations with the EU. The last chapter identifies possible solutions proposed and attitudes towards expanding this unity. It is also analyzed the main objective of the work. The conclusion summarizes the findings of the thesis.

The Competition among major fitness clubs in region Prague

Title: The Competition among major fitness clubs in region Prague Goals: The objective of the thesis is to analyze and compare clientele of Prague's major fitness clubs and to acquire proper data to characterize the customer base in Prague. Results from this research will lead to characterization of competitiveness in the field and recommendations will be proposed to clubs. Methods: The research was completed by both quantitative and qualitative methods. Data were required by questionnaire given to current customers of chosen clubs and by interviews with sales managers from those clubs. Results: Results confirmed assumption about intense competition on the market with providers of fitness services in fitness clubs. The importance of the right targeting was shown as well as the relevancy of the location of the club, because clubs have a tendency to contact potential customers who live or work in an area nearby a club. This master's thesis Political Parties, their Organizational Framework and Functioning deals with the political party organization, especially with their organizational framework and functioning. The observation of the party classification models has shown that models do not reflect party framework and functioning in a sufficient way. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is to define the important phenomena which enable us to study the organization and functioning of political parties and to reflect their inner party dynamic. The considered variables are the power structure, the organizational framework, membership and the hierarchy of members, the role of factions and bureaucracy. The theoretical conclusions are used in the case study which deals with the party organization of the Czech Social Democratic Party.

Changing Public Opinion in Finland on NATO Membership in the Context of the Ukrainian Crisis

Finland is nowadays a prosperous Nordic country, a member of the European Union, supporter of the EU-Russian relations and is one of the most developed economies in the world. Finland still has a unique role in maintaining friendly relations with Russia and therefore we can assume that Finland does not pursue NATO membership, because it would most definitely be perceived as threatening by the Russians. The Ukrainian crisis changed views of many people on Russian foreign relations and made the public, politicians and entire countries question what is Russia capable of and whether it should be perceived as a threat. Because of the Ukrainian Crisis, opinions in Finland are changing and developing and the NATO membership is seen from a brand new perspective and the much treasured policy of nonalignment is being reconsidered as well. That is the issue that I am going to research and examine in this thesis. I will describe changes in public opinion on NATO membership and general safety of Finland, because this public opinion has varied over the last decade and the Ukrainian crisis was the reason for these changes. Current situation of the Czech credit union sector

Credit unions have been gaining their popularity in a middle class population. This is mainly caused by higher interest rates on saving accounts and because of that credit unions are willing to lend money to riskier groups of borrowers. The popularity was increased also by setting the deposit insurace to the same level as for banks. The credit union sector went through a deep crisis in 90s. A stabilization was brought by legislative changes. The sector seems to by healthy but there are still negative factors. This thesis aims to analyze the current Czech credit union sector and shows its potencial problems.

Clusters as an instrument of development of small and medium businesses

The bachelor´s thesis reports global position at clusters as an instrument serving for a rise of competitiveness of small and medium businesses and follows another possibilities of their development. The purpose of the bachelor´s thesis is a analysis of small and medium businesses in the Czech Republic, analysis of contemporary situation in the sphere of production of clusters, assessment of possibilities for the rise and development of new clusters. It follows from the analysis of small and medium enterprise that there is a suitable environment for the rise and development of the new clusters in the Czech Republic. There are plenty of convenient subjects for membership in the cluster, then institutions that could help other interested persons to get information which ones are often missing.

Activities of the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce

The objectif of this bachelor`s thesis is to give a compact picture of the French {--} Czech Chamber of Commerce. The first part of this thesis focuses on the general characteristics and further introduces the Chamber by description of the present, a glimpse into the past and integration into the legal frame. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the member base, which is also described in detail. The main part of the thesis concentrates on the Chamber{\crq}s activity, provided services and the whole thesis marginally touches French {--} Czech business relations.
