Android Application - Dictionary with Examples

This master's thesis deals with development of dictionary application for devices with Android operating system. The application provides examples in form of sentences, which can help users decide what translation variant is the right for them. This application is created as alternative for web service benimsozluk.com and there is cooperation between them. This thesis describes theoretical knowledge related to Android and development of this application. Parts of this thesis are dedicated to design as well as implementation of the application. The reader is introduced to testing conclusions. Testing was done for improving the application as well as for making an assessment of the application final state. In the final part potential future development of the application is drafted.
Quantitive optical analysis using cell phone

This bachelor‘s thesis discusses methods for the quantitative colorimetric analysis using a cell phone and a design of my own analyzer. Theoretical part deals with basic characteristics of light and division of optical spectral analysis, which is described by several optical methods. The bachelor’s thesis also contains the division of colorimetric analyzers according to their types. The most important part is focused on a colorimetric analysis using the cell phone and familiar with the possibilities of analysis of liquids and solid samples. The practical part deals with the design of a separate analyzer using the cell phone, developed application including the possibility of calibration values of prepared samples and subsequent evaluation of ion concentration in unknown sample. For the accuracy of the results is made dark light-tight cover printed by 3D printer.
The use of light metal alloys in the construction of modern electronics

This bachelor thesis presents a basic overview of light metal alloys and it is focused on alloys of aluminium, magnesium and titanium. It also deals with their classification and properties, which are connected with sustainability of use of these metals for chassis of modern electronics, especially for chassis of smartphones, laptops, tablets and digital cameras.
Android application development in Java language and its publishing

This thesis deals with the development of a gaming application for smartphones with Android operating system. This project also describes the situation on the mobile applications market and explains the basic principles of object-oriented programming, Java and Android development. The thesis includes a description of the publishment of the final application on the market and the important features of the Eclipse developing environment and of Android studio. As the next part follows methodology and detailed analysis of the application development, on which are demonstrated the possibilities of working with the mentioned instruments. Both, the theoretical and practical parts, are designed to describe the situations in which the developer of Android applications can get and what mistakes should he avoid. The game theme has been chosen to be original, easy to use and not too much graphically complicated. It is an expanded version of classical chess with special rules. Particular examples of the program development are chosen so that the reader gets enough information about how it works, and what steps were made during its creation.

Náplní semestrální práce "Evaluation of E-learning Tools" je přiblížení e-learningových nástrojů čtenáři a zhodnocení možností využití e-learningu jako samostatné složky výuky. První část práce se zabývá definováním termínu e-learning a poskytuje zasazení do historického pozadí. V dalších částech se blíže zabývá jednotlivými hardware a software nástroji. E-learningové nástroje, kterými se práce zabývá, jsou základní kancelářské nástroje, stránky pro sdílení videí s výukovým obsahem a v poslední části sociální sítě a jazykové programy a zhodnocení výhod, nevýhod a vlivu na studenta.

PC Remote Controller for Android

The bachelor's thesis deals with a design and a creation of a pair of applications that provides a complex remote control for Windows-based computer. Applications are collectively named UnderControl. A mobile device running Android serve as the remote control device. A connection between the devices operates on a standard network client-server architecture. The applications provide three modes of functionality, which use two wireless technologies, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The first two modes provide a functionality of the remote control without a video transmission. They differ in the technologies used for communication. The third mode, which operates via Wi-Fi, provides the real-time transmission of a remote desktop. Applications were primarily implemented in Java.

This bachelor thesis deals with development of an application for remote control of PC designed for smart mobile phones with Android system. In this thesis theoretical knowledge related to this topic is described as well as design and implementation of this application. For functionality of the application there is also described the development of a server on PC side, which cooperates with mobile application. Part of this thesis is also dedicated to testing of the application and conclusion of this activity. In the final part potentional future development of the application is drafted.
