The subject of the bachelors thesis is preparation for teaching focused on teachers of practical subjects and vocational training on the beginning of their careers. The theoretical part of the work, based on the study of literature, defines and describes the teacher and his career in general, novice teacher, teacher of practical subjects and vocational training and preparation for teaching. The practical part presents the results of a research. Within its framework was investigated how novice teachers of practical subjects and vocational training prepare to lessons. Results obtained from in-depth interviews are structured into chapters by topic, based on individual research questions. Finally, the work opens the door for a summary of the results, comparison with the theoretical knowledge and discussion.

The usages of demonstration stables and contracting firms in practical training in secondary vocational schools and apprentice schools in agricultural fields of education.

Bachelor thesis called Usage of demonstration stables and contrating company in practical education at agriculture colleges and training institutions is investigating current state and facility of demonstration stables used for practical training at colleges and training institutions. Theoretical part is divided into few parts and presents the main features of demonstration stables and training instutuions, describes functions and technichal equipment of the stables which are mainly used to horse breeding and horse training. Practical part focuses on presentation of Riding Academy, High School based in Marianske Lazne, where I proceeded questioning the students and guided interview with the teachers of the practical education. In the final part I suggest some recommendations how to improve the current state in the future.

Cooperation of SOU Lišov with the integration of apprentices with SVP through practical education, creating interaction with society.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the cooperation of vocational school Lišov with the integration of SEN - apprentices into the intact society concerning the practical education. The theoretical part comments on the socialization of the disabled, their inclusion and the integration, it also defines and categorizes the special needs. The brief specifics of employing an individual with special education needs are provided. The practical part then aims to investigate the cooperation of contractors and school during the practical education. The main focus is placed on the knowledge of intact employees and the real approach to the students with SEN.

This Bachelor's thesis describes creating didactic aids for secondary schools which provide, conditional and improve course of the teaching process. Objective of the theoretic part is to classify and characterize didactic tools, describes the latest trends and demands for creating didactic aids and their subsequent use in teaching process. Sub-objective is to characterize and define demands for the ac-quisition of key competences of school graduates, especially communicative com-petences. Processing method of the theoretic part is study of specialized litera-ture, analysis, synthesis and comparison of these specialized literary sources fo-cused on material didactic resources, teaching documents and competences in education. The main objective of the practical part is creating teaching aid into practical teaching which provides students learning text for acquisition and con-solidation of communication skills and business communication. Part of the aid is also material for leading the teaching of the communication skills.

Scientific and methodical preparation of teachers for practical teaching

Thesis deals with the overall preparedness of teachers for practical classes, describes a choice of recommended teaching methods for vocational subjects teaching, focuses on teaching course and teachers' preparation for practical teaching field look on SSRS Strakonice and introduces an international project in the field of gastronomy. The project is focused on traditional dishes of Norwegian and Czech cosine that were realized by students from participating countries.
