Optimalization of the die cast process of high-voltage transformers.
Borunský, Tomáš ; Fiala, Alois (referee) ; Maroš, Bohumil (advisor)
This thesis deals with choises of using mathematical statistics when optimising the compression casting process of high-voltage device transformer. There is a theoretical consideration to be found in the introduction which concerns the compression casting itself and all necessary information connected with it. Then there is a key numerical analysis part following. In the first instance there are variability problems of individual casting device discussed and then a regression analysis made to demonstrate and prove a link between the partial discharge and the key parameters of casting process. Finally an “optimal” casting sequence is suggested and alternative attitude problems with the assistance of Design of Experiments (DOE) are discussed.
Methods for automated camera focusing
Kičina, Pavol ; Rášo, Ondřej (referee) ; Šmirg, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is about methods of focusing with web camera. Edge detection method and Discrete cosine transform method are use in this thesis. In program MatLab I create a program, which take a picture from web camera. With handle focusing this program shows information how much is picture focus. Functional and elementary are subject, which I use to compare. Advantages and disadvantages are in this thesis, with important elements about quality of focus, too.
The Tolerance Analysis of Filters with CDTA
Miksl, Jan ; Jeřábek, Jan (referee) ; Šotner, Roman (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the concept, design, modeling, tolerance and sensitivity analysis of the KHN filter using CDTA. The first part contains theoretical introduction about filters and their general properties. Secondly, the CDTA element, its block structure, schematic symbol as well as its circuit features are defined. Standard KHN filter structure with operational amplifiers is simulated. Results of this simulation are used for comparison with simulations results of CDTA KHN filter structure. The multifunctional CDTA KHN filter structure is simulated using ideal CDTA models, third-level models and models based on professional macromodels of attainable components (AD 844, MAX 435). Then tolerance and sensitivity analyses are explained and described. The following section discusses ways of modifying the structure and design KHN structure with CDTA models 3rd level. In the last chapter the circuit is optimized using PSpice and the attention is focused on achieving the best possible involvement of the typical characteristics of the elements of tolerance. In conclusion, the results of simulations are evaluated, compared the characteristics of circuit before and after optimization, and mention the advantages and disadvantages of filter elements with CDTA.
Automatic setting of lens system and camera orientation
Zeman, Martin ; Honec, Peter (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
This thesis is focused on problems of adjusting camera parameters (focus, aperture, zoom). It is also focused on target detection and following this target with a camera. Histogram equalization is a part of this thesis as well.
Text separation
Burlak, Vladimír ; Macho, Tomáš (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes basic methods of picture segmentation for the purpose of separation of text from a background. In first part are described general methods meant for picture processing. There is described verging, edge detection and interference reduction. In second part are defined categories of text in picture. Third part is focused on program which will help with picture segmentation.
Application for Editing the Histogram
Nezhyba, Jiří ; Kohoutek, Michal (referee) ; Říha, Kamil (advisor)
The object of this bachelor‘s thesis is create an application for editing the histogram. The program is realized by programming language C++ and programming tool Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition. It defines fundamental terms for this work as histogram or transformation of grey level scale. Above all, it analyses individual grey level transformations, which used for editing the histogram. It describes designing and realization of application. Input data of program is any input digital image, which user order, selected grey level transformation and its parameters. Output data are input image in grey levels, histogram input image, transformed input image and its histogram. Output images can be saved.
Analysis of optic disc vessels in video-sequences from experimental fundus camera
Hartlová, Marie ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Odstrčilík, Jan (advisor)

Image similarity based on colour
Hampl, Filip ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Uher, Václav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with image similarity based on colour. There are discussed necessary theoretical basis for better understanding of this topic. These basis are color models, that are implemented in work, principle of creating the histogram and its comparing. Next chapter deals with summary of recent progress in the field of image comparison and overview of several most used methods. Practical part introduces training image database, which gives results of success for each created method. These methods are separately described, including their principles and achieved results. In the very end of this work, user interface is described. This interface provides a transparent presentation of the results for the chosen method.

Advanced picture segmentation for 3D view
Baletka, Tomáš ; Fliegel, Karel (referee) ; Boleček, Libor (advisor)
The thesis advanced image segmentation for 3D image deals with segmentation and anaglyph 3D views. In the theoretical part of the thesis describes the different approaches were used to image segmentation and closely related methods of image processing. In the following practical part was the implementation of selected methods and created user-friendly applications. The main objective of the program is to identify significant objects in the image. For the purpose of segmentation methods have been implemented based on k-means method, the method of contour and the growth of seeds. The program is created in Visual Studio 2008 and written in C + +. The input and output is the image in various formats (JPG, BMP, TIFF).
