Design of lift positional table

Bachelor thesis deals with the design of lift positional table with pallet feeder for transporting loads weighing 1500 kg. The main scopes of the thesis are functional calculations lifting actuator, pallet feeder actuator and determining the main dimensions of lift table. Appendix contains the plan of lift and table frame.

Bucket hoist for grain transport

The bachelor thesis deals with a construction design of a bucket elevator for grains in accordance to assigned data. In the first chapter, a conception of a proposed solution is introduced. Other chapters focus on a functional calculation, design and checking the individual components of the device. The requirements for centrifugal emptying of buckets and a mixed filling of buckets are taken into account in the design. A drawing documentation is enclosed with the thesis.

Conveyor Inverter - Design Lifting Mechanism

I am concern with a proposal of conceptual solution of Conveyor Inverter in my bachelor work. This Conveyor Inverter is used for the change of the direction europallet about 90° between roller and chain conveyor according to given technical parameters. My bachelor work contains complete 3D proposal, constructional and functional solutions which are based on checking calculations. Lifting of the Conveyor Inverter is done using a leverage mechanism of electric motor.

Horizontal driven roller conveyor

This thesis deals with design-driven horizontal roller tracks for the transport of steel castings in the interoperation internal transport, was made functional calculation of the roller track and determined the main dimensions of lines, the work deals with designing the drive, strength calculation poháněcího chain and check the frame lines. Subsequently, the preparation of its finished drawing lines, assembly lines and drawing section drawing of the drive subassembly lines.

Conveyor with clamping and measuring

The first profile of the thesis describes current methods of segmenting and measuring of aluminium profile and analysis of a specific roller conveyor with a measuring device for feeding aluminium profile to a high-speed circular saw. The second section is focused on designing a new conveyor with clamps for feeding aluminium profile and designing measuring equipment based on the analysis in the first part.

Robotic cell design for automated manipulation - expedition of beer barrels and bottle crates

From the begining the shipping line is described and explained together with used principles. Requarements are set for the design of the industrial robot. A suitable industrial robot is selected. The propeties of the robot are described and location is being solved. The construction of existing effector which is going to go through improvement is descibed. In the controls are given the basic conections of sections and overview functioning. The basic standarts of safety are included as well as security of the workplace and possible problems that may occure during the operation of the line.
