Detached house, Červený Kostelec
Havel, Martin ; Struhala, Karel (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design of a nearly zero-energy detached house, which helps its inhabitants by its disposition and thought to maintain a healthy circadian rhythm. The building is located in Červený Kostelec. On the plot, the house is oriented with the idea of large solar gains, so with floor to ceiling windows facing south. The floor plan is T-shaped. the property has two floors and no basement. The load-bearing walls are made of aerated concrete. The floor slab consists of the Ytong Classic system slab. The open gable roof of the building is provided by truss wooden beams. On the first floor there is the main entrance, a large utility room, a separate toilet and a pantry. Then there is the entrance to the living room, which is directly connected to the kitchen. Children's rooms and bedrooms have east-facing windows. Rainwater from the roof is channeled into the storage tank. Excess rainwater is absorbed into the ground in the infiltration system. The property is connected to public sewer, electricity and public water supply. The house is heated and cooled by ceiling panels. The water is heated by an air-water heat pump. A fireplace insert with a hot-water exchanger is designed as a bivalent energy source. Photovoltaic panels on the roof are connected to batteries located in the utility room. Mechanical ventilation is proposed in the building. Total air exchange is 350 cubic meters per hour.

Photovoltaic battery with nuclear light source
Koval, Jiří ; Krbal, Michal (referee) ; Katovský, Karel (advisor)
A thermophotovoltaic battery with a nuclear light source is a complex device, converting thermal energy from radioisotope decay into electrical power. The work looks for suitable fuel, construction, materials and commercial use. Individual parts of the assembly are consistently described. Assembly include a thermal radioisotope unit, an infrared radiation emitter, an optical filter to increase efficiency, photovoltaics and cooling to remove excess heat. The problem of the individual parts is the search for the highest possible efficiency due to several transformations and large energy losses. The assembly uses nuclear fuel, produced mainly during the fission reaction in nuclear reactors.

Bearings for large scale applications
Herník, Martin ; Šperka, Petr (referee) ; Michalec, Michal (advisor)
Bearings are currently an indispensable part of industrial machines, that carry out rotational or translational motion. This bachelor's thesis discusses the use cases of bearings for large-scale applications such as wind propellers, space telescopes and many other examples in various areas of industry. At the beginning, individual types and types of bearings are divided. The largest part is devoted to the description of the use of individual types of bearings about their presence in large machines. In the final part, the design and clear division of suitable types of bearings for a specific applications is carried out.
Anomaly Detection in System Log Files Using Machine Learning
Táto práca využíva tri metódy detekcie anomálií: lokálny odľahlý faktor, zhlukovací algoritmus DBSCAN a OPTICS framework. Prvé dve metódy skúmajú logy na úrovni jednotlivých záznamov, zatiaľ čo posledná analyzuje celé sekvencie logov. Všetky metódy dosiahli výsledky porovnateľné s prácami, ktoré realizujú podobné prístupy.
Small modular reactors in EU conditions

The thesis focuses on the technical and ecological aspects of each reactor. The results of the thesis show significant advances in nuclear technology, particularly in the field of passive safety, the primary reactor cooling circuit, and the flexibility of the use of small modular reactors in the EU power sector.
Bez názvu
Hromadová, Michaela ; Vlková, Veronika (referee) ; Rathouský, Luděk (advisor)
I decided to conduct my bachelor's thesis as a further continuation and stage of development of my concept based primarily on the psychology of C.G. Jung, specifically on the method of active imagination. The output of this work is the realization of a series of drawings of various sizes made with white pencil on black paper, which is complemented by my music records created simultaneously with the drawings. In this series, I focus on the interweaving and synthesis of individual parts into one common whole using the synesthesia of sound and image. Here I am investigating the essence and possibilities of converting visual creation into the sound plane, for example by means of freely associating sounds and shapes, but it is generally a concept of creation in the form of pure improvisation, the goal of which is the gradual development of these two intertwining poles as one whole.
