The analytical part evaluates the current situation of the company's external and internal environment. The last part contains recommendations, the implementation of which should lead to the development of the company's business activities.

The subject of this thesis is creation of a business plan leading to the development of the business activities. The first part of the thesis covers the theoretical introduction into the matters, basic terms and definition of the used methods. Based on the theoretical findings and on the evaluation of the current state of the company the author of the thesis creates a concept of changes that should increase the competitiveness and improve the economical condition of the business. The conclusion is an estimation of the future development of the company.

All analyzes will help determine the company's position in the market and recommend proposals for the development of further business activities.

This bachelor's thesis will deal with development of business activities of the Prague company Ctibůrek výtahy s. r. o., namely the establishment of a new branch in Brno. The first part will define theoretical concepts. In the following part, the internal and external environment of the company will be analyzed. The information obtained in the analytical part will be used to create a business development plan and calculate the approximate cost. Finally, an economic evaluation will be performed, which will show if the expansion of the branch to Brno is economically beneficial.

On the basis of the theoretical knowledge from the first part of the thesis, an analytical part is prepared. This part evaluates the current situation of the enterprise. The result of the thesis is the proposal for the implementation of a delivery service that will help the company to increase sales and at the same time gain a competitive advantage.
