Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem obchodních aktivit společnosti KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ, a.s. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na teorii, základní pojmy a nástroje využívané v obchodní činnosti. Na základě seznámení s teoretickým základem bude analyzován současný stav společnosti a jejího okolí. Výstupem a závěrem práce je návrhová část obsahující doporučení vedoucí k získání nových zákazníků, upevnění vazeb s těmi stávajícími a udržení pozice společnosti na trhu. This thesis deals with business development of company KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ, a.s. First part of the thesis is focused on theory, basic terms and methods used in business. Based on the theoretical basis, current status of the company and market environment will be analyzed. The major goal of the thesis is a proposal part including recommendations in order to gain new customers, strengthen relationships with the existing ones and maintain the current company’s market position.
