Communication strategy of software tool for monitoring of employees. Bachelor thesis. Brno, 2016. This bachelor thesis focuses on promoting of monitoring software of employees from the company Norwes technologies, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to propose suitable communication strategy of the product oriented on concrete target group. The part of thesis is also characteristics of product, analysis of internal and departmental enviroments and analysis of general environment through STEP analysis. Through quantitative research in small and medium companies in Slovakia and Czech republic I will find out which way the management of these companies is looking for new products of this type. Based on these findings I will propose the suitable communication strategy of the product.

Theoretical part deals with individual marketing strategies, their similarities and differences and compares their attitude towards markets and customers. Next part focuses on evaluating efficiency of said strategies described in the first part and on possible prognosis of marketing develompents in IT in the future. Final chapter applies aquired information to Czech market.
