Installation skeleton administrative building in Litomerice

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a solution of technological stage of assembly of the skeleton of administrative building. It is a building for administrative and office work placed in a town Litoměřice. Supporting system of this building is made of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton. This thesis includes technical report, a situation of construction with broader relations of traffic routes, a statement of dimensions for the gross upper construction, technological specification of skeleton installation, a solution of organization of the construction including the drawing of site equipment, time schedule of skeleton installation, proposal of machine assembly, control and test plan of skeleton installation and occupational safety for skeleton installation.
Climbing Centre Vertikal in Brno

The aim of this thesis is to design a climbing hall with nearly zero energy consumption located on a small brownfield at Brno-Královo pole. The thesis has three parts: The first part presents architectural and structural designs at the level of concept documentation for building permit application. It is a four-storey building with a rectangular plan, flat green roof and a external wall made of stainless steel sandwich panels. The internal space is divided into a climbing area, technical facilities, changing rooms and wellness area. The structural system is a precast reinforced concrete frame with a roof structure made of BSH solid wall trusses. In the second part the design of the technical systems of the building is presented. Ventilation and cooling of the building is provided by three ventilation units. Heating is provided by floor heating and radiators. The heat is supplied from a local district heating grid via a heat exchanger. In the third part, CFD simulations were applied to design and assess natural and forced ventilation in terms of thermal comfort, air change effectiveness, and age of air. Within the ventilation analysis, it was demonstrated that mechanical ventilation brings significant advantages in terms of thermal comfort, air quality, and air change effectiveness compared to natural ventilation. The project documentation was prepared in AutoCad software. Simulation and analysis of natural and forced ventilation was performed in CFD software DesignBuilder.
Industrial comlex AQUASYS - construction and technological project

Construction technological project of the annex of the school gymnasium in the town of Hrob

This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of the annex of the school gymnasium in the town of Hrob in the Ústí region. The work contains a technical report of the construction technological project, a coordination situation of the building with the solution of wider relations of transport routes to the construction site, time and financial construction plan for construction objects and a study of the implementation of the main technological stages. For the main construction object, an itemized budget for the shell construction, a graph of the need of workers and machines, and a detailed time schedule were also worked out. The work also includes a construction site equipment project, including drawing documentation for the stages of earthworks and shell construction, and the design of the main construction machinery. As part of the technological regulation, the work deals with the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton of the gymnasium, including a detailed quality control and test plan for this process. Last, but not least, the work contains a safety and health protection plan for working on the construction site, a noise study, a calculation of the entire building according to THU, a schema of the assembly of the skeleton by a mobile crane including its assessment and a schema of the reach of the truck concrete pump.
Production hall in Brno - construction technology project

The subject of the diploma thesis is the construction and technological preparation and implementation of a production and storage hall in Brno. The content of the diploma thesis is a technical report for the construction and technological project, a study of the main technological stages, a project of the construction site equipment, traffic signs about the construction site equipment, as well as two technological regulations, the first for the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton of the hall and the second for the implementation of the industrial floor with filling. This is followed by the design of the main construction mechanisms, the broader relationships of the transport routes, two inspection and testing plans for the aforementioned technological prescriptions, then a selected part of the health and safety plan, in particular the definition of the main risks and the design of safety measures for the technological processes, as well as a search of the Breeam and Leed sustainability certification of buildings, and the last chapter contains an alternative design for the industrial floor with a price comparison. In addition, a blind itemized budget for the rough top building, a material requirement plan for the selected prescription and other annexes have been prepared.

The subject of this master’s thesis is a solution of chosen parts of building construction project. The project solves industrial hall that contains productions and administrative space. This thesis includes technological regulations for substructure, study of performing the main technological stages, design of using machines, checking and testing plans. Other phrases parts are time schedules, budget, calculations, design of site equipment including engineering report and report for performing access road. Starting materials, which were used for this thesis, were engineering report also including working drawings.

The topic of thic bachelor thesis is processing of a technological solution of the rough top construction of the Business Incubator in Brno. It is a new four-storey, non-cellular building for administrative and office activities. The subject of this thesis is processing of a technological regulation for the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. The next parts of the thesis, focused on the phase of the rough top construction, are: technical report, situation with wider relations of the transport routes, plan of the construction organization with the drawing of the building site facilities (equipment), itemized budget with the statement of acreages, schedule of work, inspection and test schedule, design of the mechanical (machine) assembly and the safety of work of the (solved) technological phase.
Gmont Cable s.r.o., cable manufacturing plant

The bachelor thesis deals with the drawing of the industrial plant, namely the work is focused on the part of the administrative and the employees' background. The assignment of the atelier work is a newly built factory of Gmont Cable s.r.o., which is focused on the production and installation of cable harnesses, cables and conductors. The proposed object will contribute to the growth of the company, which is constantly developing and increasing its capacity. An ambitious investor also includes further product development by cooperating with Brno R & D institutions. The object is designed in rectangular shapes that copy the plot and the surrounding area of the industrial zone. The building is divided into two parts, a two-storey office building with facilities for employees and a production hall. Both of these objects are at the same height level that are joined together in the western part. From the eastern side, these two objects divide the half-closed atrium, which is open to Těžební Street. Thanks to regular column rafters, the entire building is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton, covered with kingspan sandwich panels and a partially glazed facade made of profiled glass call profilit that illuminates the entire interior of the building. The entire building is wheelchair accessible and offers plenty of space for both staff and visitors to park.

The viticulture Lahofer

This bachelor thesis extends the bachelor’s studio project aimed at creating a survey on a new building for Vinařství Lanhofer company. The considered area lies in the territory of Dobšice near Znojmo and with its slightly rolling landscape is used for agricultural purposes. The mentioned trapezoid building site faces southwest, at the time was covered with vineyard and was bordered by minor roads connecting the plot to Dobšice and Suchohrdly. Building a new production site that would be able to produce up to 60 thousand bottles of wine, could be also used as storage space or would incorporate related services was intended. There were premises for public use, formal events or wine-tasting planned. The layout included restaurant with outside seating, sanitary facilities both for visitors and employees. Such a large-scale production of wine could be almost considered an industrial production that set up the main idea of the design. The basic clue of this project is searching an ideal shape of the production area that – in historical context of industrial buildings – is saw-shaped rooftop silhouette. The material concept of the building is based on visual and logical separating of production premises from public spaces that had been achieved by distinguishing both areas by using different facade cover. Stainless steel representing production environment and Cor-Ten patina steel panelling describing eternal wine maturation.
