Bakalářská práce se zabývá výkresovým zpracováním průmyslového závodu, konkrétně je práce zaměřena na část administrativní a na zázemí zaměstnanců. Ze zadání ateliérové práce se jedná o nově vybudovaný závod firmy Gmont Cable s.r.o., která je zaměřena na výrobu a montáž kabelových svazku, kabelů a vodičů. Navržený objekt přispěje k růstu firmy, která se neustále rozvíjí a zvyšuje své kapacity. K ambicím investora rovněž patří další vývoj produktů spoluprací s brněnskými výzkumnými a vývojovými institucemi. Objekt je navržen v pravoúhlých tvarech, které kopírují parcelu a zároveň okolní zástavbu průmyslové zóny. Objekt je hmotově rozdělen na dvě části, dvoupodlažní administrativní budovu se zázemím pro zaměstnance a výrobní halu. Oba tyto objekty jsou ve stejné výškové úrovni, které jsou mezi sebou spojeny v západní části. Z východní strany rozděluje tyto dva objekty polouzavřené atrium, které je otevřené do ulice Těžební. Díky pravidelnému rastru sloupů je celý objekt navržen jako prefabrikovaný železobetonový skelet, opláštěný sendvičovými panely kingspan a částečně prosklenou fasádou z profilovaného skla profilit, které prosvětluje celý interiér budovy. Celý objekt závodu je bezbariérový a nabízí dostatek místa pro parkování jak zaměstnanců, tak i návštěvníků. The bachelor thesis deals with the drawing of the industrial plant, namely the work is focused on the part of the administrative and the employees' background. The assignment of the atelier work is a newly built factory of Gmont Cable s.r.o., which is focused on the production and installation of cable harnesses, cables and conductors. The proposed object will contribute to the growth of the company, which is constantly developing and increasing its capacity. An ambitious investor also includes further product development by cooperating with Brno R & D institutions. The object is designed in rectangular shapes that copy the plot and the surrounding area of the industrial zone. The building is divided into two parts, a two-storey office building with facilities for employees and a production hall. Both of these objects are at the same height level that are joined together in the western part. From the eastern side, these two objects divide the half-closed atrium, which is open to Těžební Street. Thanks to regular column rafters, the entire building is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton, covered with kingspan sandwich panels and a partially glazed facade made of profiled glass call profilit that illuminates the entire interior of the building. The entire building is wheelchair accessible and offers plenty of space for both staff and visitors to park.
