TITLE: Tender for teachers of vocational subjects AUTHOR: Mgr. Roman Kocina DEPARTMENT: Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in Prague SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The aim of this work is to introduce the competitive tendering procedures for the position of teachers of vocational subjects, exploring the use of these methods in secondary schools in region. The theoretical part describes the issue of the tender process and recommended its implementation. It describes jedenáctero tender, applicant tracking, using a variety of sources addressing, pre-selection and use of personal interviews, tests, references, and demonstration work as a method of selection of candidates. In the practical part of the research was carried out at public schools Ústí Region in the selection process. Based on the lessons learned was to evaluate the use of system processes respondents evaluate their results and alerts to problematic areas announced by the proceedings. Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The aim of the thesis describes how the selection process for the position of teachers of vocational subjects and look at the issue of secondary schools in region. In the theoretical section describes the recommended procedure for making the tender complete ad design, design a personal questionnaire and the interview questions. Analyze the problem here is the Ten selection, applicant tracking, using a variety of sources addressing, pre-selection and use of personal interview, test and demonstration work as a method of selecting candidates. In the practical part of the research was conducted at the high school Region in the selection process. Based on the lessons learned was to map the situation and evaluate their results and advice on problem areas announced by the proceedings. This Thesis is aimed at the recruitment, selection and intake of new employees of the selected company. The theoretical sections describe the findings, acquired from the professional sources. Relevant prerequisites, concepts and procedures are defined. The empirical sections present the selected company from their field of operations point of view and analyse their methods of recruitment of new employees. The closing sectiions advise of and propose the changes to be implemented in order to achieve higher level of effectivity of the recruitment system.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with recruitment of the workers to a company. The main aim is to describe, characterize, analyze and assess process of recruitment as a whole. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first two chapters are theoretical ones and the third and four chapters represent a practical part. The first chapter includes human resources activities, the second one focuses on job advertisement, job description and job requirements, recruitment process and process of selection including methods of recruitment and methods of selection process. The third part describes recruitment process that is applied in a real company. The last chapter is my assessment and recommendation for the company on the basis of gained theoretical knowledge and my findings.
Selection and Admission of Staff on the Labour Market in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with used aspects of admission of new staff. Czech labour market is described in brief , including the recent trends in the unemployment rate. The work attends to the process of admission of new staff, variety of methods, mode of choosing and the steps of selection new staff. There is a chapter that deals with strategy and instruments of staff selection, especially CV and interview. The final chapter is dedicated to the question of discrimination in respect to staff selection.
