Top of the french classical tragedy in Racine's work

Work is introduced with a characterization of French Classical Tragedy of the 17th century and other contemporaneous dramatic production. Following brief description of historical development and connotations explains the formation of French classical dramatic norms and rules. Their appearance and assertion is consequently confirmed in an analysis of selected works of Jean Racine, major representative of French Classical Tragedy. Diversity of tragic conflicts and originality of Racine's dramatic and aesthetic forms is demonstrated in concluding confrontation with Pierre Corneille. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Interaction investigator with selected participants of criminal proceedings and its impact on based recognition

(in English): The thesis "Interaction of police investigators with selected participants of criminal proceedings and its impact on recognition" is studies the interaction and communication of criminal proceeding participants and its influence on the quality of those proceedings on recognition. The theoretical part deals with criminal proceedings such as all the trial requirements and factors which affect police investigation. Rights and responsibilities of all participants of trials are defined. Furthermore, communication, its types and categories and -most of all -its impact on successful police interrogation is examined. We also mention interpersonal perception. In the theoretical part of the thesis a lot of attention is devoted to the personality of police investigators and to significant characteristics which form the foundation of police profession. In conclusion of the theoretical part we describe the aspects which control the investigation and potential offender recognition. In the empirical part the aim was to find out what impact the quality of instructions has on successful offender recognition. The empirical part was performed in an experiment. 1 Abstract - Administrative penalties and protection measures Description of all administrative penalties and protection measures is the primary goal of this thesis. Due to wide extent of chosen subject, this work aims to individual categories of administrative penalties and protection measures, examines every single condition for its imposition a notices possible contradiction within legislation. The thesis does not include the criteria for imposing penalties, noticed set from section 37 till section 44 Contraventions Act which serve as instruments for determination and length of penalties. Concurrence of contraventions is also not included. In the opening chapter the definition and description of an administrative liability is described as well as basic issues of administrative penalization, considered to be a part of administrative authority's activity. The resemblance of principles of criminal and contravention law is described, that leads to using the same principles either in criminal and contravention law. There's explored what basic sources of administrative penalization are. Each of following chapters describes one of the penalties set in section 35 Contravention Act. Criminological and social aspects of juvenile delinquency

The aim of this thesis called "Criminological and social aspects of juvenile deliquency" is to map the occurrence of criminal behavior of juveniles in Jindřichův Hradec district depending on the social class of family. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part first defines criminological aspects of juvenile deliquency and then deals with etiology of juvenile deliquency. Practical part is based on the research. For the quantitative research, a statistical method was used. Analysis of the documents was used as a data collecting technique. The sample examined are juveniles (15 18 yr. old) who have a record in the evidence of curators for children and juveniles in Jindřichův Hradec district. An overview of juvenile criminal activities in years 2011 2016 was drawn up based on the research. Hypotheses were determined in the research: H1: I suppose that in families with unfavorable economical and social conditions there will be more frequent occurrence of deliquent behavior amongst juveniles. H1a: I suppose that in families with unfavorable economical and social conditions there will be more frequent occurrence of property deliquent behavior amongst juveniles. Chosen hypotheses were confirmed. Research shows that juveniles from socially weaker classes are more prone to deliquency and criminality. These juveniles also had higher frequency of occurrence of property deliquency and crimes.

Title: The effectiveness of offensive game going on in phases depending on the leight of their duration (on the example of elite basketball team). The target is to learn and review the game offensive efficiency of the best world basketball teams depending on the game offensive phase duration. I am going to focus on the national US basketball team during the last parts of the World Championship FIBA 2010 in Turkey and 2014 in Spain, concretely 1/8 final, quarterfinal, semi-final and final, where I can count with the maximal try to win. The method is to learn, analyze and evidence of the chosen game play effects. I am able to analyze every game offensive phase by the way of game record and to evaluate which phase is the most effective depending on its duration. The target is to review the game offensive efficiency of the best world basketball teams (US national team) depending on the game offensive phase duration. The work should be benefit for basketball coaches in their basketball players' trainings. The main importance is to set the players' game activities which guide the team performance in its offensive phase and get to successful score. The precautions taken agaist criminality commited on the Strakonice district territory.

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is an overview of the most common property criminality in the Strakonice district and the creation of technical precaution which should ensure the property safety. Moreover the perpetrators of the particular committed acts are assessed according to the accessible PČR statistics. The qualitative research is used as a method which consists of research question and three goals. The history of the law-enforcement agencies is described in the theoretical part. This part is focused on the structure and overview of the agencies from the origin of the Czechoslovak Republic until the present day. The basic terms are introduced criminality, precautions, criminal act, offence, administration offence and technical precaution. In the practical part the qualitative research data collecting is described which afterwards points on the main issues. Through the data analysis the form of the most common property criminality was discovered, namely the criminal act of theft by robbery. This criminal act was mostly made in the unsecured object such as garages, storehouses and cellars. The most common age of the perpetrators is over 18. From the analysed data and facts technical precautions were made which could effectively prevent the perpetrators' assaults. Seven proposals of the object securement show the development of the technical precautions at the end of the practical part. In conclusion of the bachelor thesis the issues of committed criminality are summarized and the overview of the most effective technical precaution is made, considering the application in practice.
Analysis of criminality in regions of the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of criminality in regions of the Czech Republic. Data related to the issue was obtained from the mapakriminality.cz web site maintained by the Czech Police. The thesis is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter focuses on the general introduction to the concept of criminality. The second chapter defines three regions which, according to the results of the investigation, should be more prone to commit offenses. The third chapter contains the used time series methodology applied in the other three subchapters, which deal with the detailed analysis of three subjectively selected offenses. The aim is to obtain basic information of criminality in the form of selected offenses, to identify problematic regions and to create predictions of criminality in individual regions for the year 2017.
