Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh marketingového mixu pre začínajúcu firmu. Tento návrh je založený na teoretických východiskách, ktorých fakty ovplyvňujú firmu z rôznych uhlov: prostredie amerického trhu, uvedenie a propagácia novej firmy a nového produktu na trh, súčasný marketingový koncept a všeobecné odporúčania pre tvorbu marketingového plánu. Ďalšia časť tejto práce je založená na informáciách o súčasnom stave firmy a ich analýza, pričom tieto informácie poskytujú praktickú aplikáciu teoretických tvrdení. Tieto analýzy zahrňujú opis súčasného marketingového mixu, analýza konkurencie a zhrnutie analýz. Následný návrh je teda výsledkom teoretickej rešerše a praktického rozboru firmy a jej prostredia.
Proposal for Risk Management in a Selected Business Entity

The diploma thesis is dealing with analysis and evaluation of risks of the co-operative society related to introduction of the new product concerning the field of negotiations with supplier, logistics and warehouse management. The first part describes the theoretical basis of project management, risk analysis and management, negotiation with supplier, logistics and warehouse management. The second part is dedicated to the analysis of the current situation of the selected company and the last part deals with risks in the area of supply-customer relationship using the RIPRAN method. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to propose recommendations for reduction of individual risks connected to the introduction of the new product in the field of negotiation with supplier, logistics and warehouse management.

Bachelor thesis summarizes the basic methodology of market research with an emphasis on introducing a new product to the market. Special attention is paid to market research methodology, definition of target groups and selection of appropriate method of data collecting. Theoretical bases are used to design research focused on sales and communication strategy of the specific product - Ásana health chairs - for the Czech Republic. Sub-topics include issues of sedentary jobs and their influence on health problems, cooperation among employees and employers in solving of working environment issues, definition of ideal health chair, motivation to purchase and price test. The results can be used for adjusting the company strategy, further research is recommended in the last section.

The main objective of the diploma thesis Ways of introduction of the new product in the market is to evaluate and choose suitable marketing strategy for the management of company Schrack Technik spol. s r.o. which is considering introduction of the new product in the market. The new product is electric vehicle charging station. Due to comprehensiveness of the main objective there are also set two partial objectives which are interconnected and contribute to its elaboration. First partial objective is to define company´s situation on the market applying financial analysis, analysis of internal and external environment (Porter´s five forces, PESTE, SWOT analysis) which should help to find company´s strength and weaknesses, evaluate possible threats and opportunities. Second partial objective is to evaluate whether the electro mobile industry is attractive or not.

The objective of this Thesis is selection and adaptation of a suitable concept of a product being created. Selecion of the suitable concept is based on the designated concept and its testing. The testing is performed by the poll method among representatives of the public and business spheres. Determination of the final product concept as well as proposal of the marketing strategy for managers of Malované Mapy, s.r.o company is the outome. It will enable the managers to work on the further steps of developnent of new products. Based on the information from technical literature, the theoretical part explains the basic marketing terminology associated with the theme of the Thesis. This terminology is then applied in the practical part in the area of information processing by the company managers.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the marketing strategy for implementation of a new product on a market. PESTE analysis, Porter's five forces model and situational analysis are parts of this strategy. Furthermore, the questionnaire dealing with customer behaviour is evaluated. This thesis provides a marketing mix together with the final partial steps of the marketing strategy and suggestion of a legal protection.

This bachelor thesis deals with activities workers of controlling in Madeta company during introduction of a new product on the market (making preliminary calculations and counting profitability of products). The company focuses on production and sale of dairy products. The theoretical part consists of the main topics of controlling. Farther it deals with different kinds of calculations. The practical part focuses on introduction of the company and controlling department. The main part of the thesis includes counting preliminary calculation for sour cream of three fatness. In this part is also determining amount of profit through the number of sale products and selling prices. This situation recalculates through the different price of purchase price of milk.

Apart from the main goal other supporting partial goals were created. Through the analysis of primary and secondary sources are researched the environment of the Blatna castle and needs of visitors. Described are suggestion of innovation and new possible product in order to increase the numbers of tourists coming in the particular area and thus increase its position in the tourism market.

The main objective is to independently analyze and assess the current position on the market of bitter herbal drinks, find out where could be a gap and demand for the new product. The aim would be to suggest directions for Becherovka, and its majority owner Pernod Ricard, based on market research. In conclusion, this thesis will introduce the marketing mix and strategy for the new product.
