LÍSKOVCOVÁ, Jana
This bachelor thesis deals with the listing of modern skiing teaching aids for children and their use in methodical series. The theme of the analytical part was to outline the history of skiing, the specifics of children skiing, their age ranges and the organization of ski lessons. The aim of the synthetic part of this work was to map and describe both well-known and less known ski aids. These can be classified into four basic categories, which include controlling skis, obstacles, mechanical aids and training aids. Following the study of literature, methodical series, in which the basic skiing elements using the above-mentioned aids are described, were made up. Both the training and the choice of most aids are adapted to pre-school children or beginners, where they can remarkably vary the ski lessons. This work could serve as an inspiring material for ski instructors in skiing schools as well as for the general public.

In the theoretical part we are defining the basic differences between both techniques and practical part, we are evaluating these differences. The practical part is devoted to the preparation, implementation and evaluation of two experiments. In the first experiment children were classified into four groups according to the age and the skiing technique. The experiment took place at the ski school called Ski Club Telnice. We compared parameters such as speed of learning, the success of passing the specified routes and speed of passing tracks. The same parameters were evaluated also in the second experiment, which was aimed at pupils of the 2nd grade of elementary school in Povrly. Finally, we compared both experiments, the results of the second experiment should confirm the results of the first experiment.

Jedličková, Eva ; Matošková, Petra (advisor) ; Süss, Vladimír (referee)
Title: Interaction between a teacher and a student in the group-form method of teaching skiing Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare the interaction between the teacher and the student in the process of teachig skiing in the foreign ski schools. Methods: In our thesis we used the method of observation with utilization of categorial system according to the standardized method MADI (modificated analysis of didactic interaction). This method involves seven categories describing forms of behaviour of a teacher, didactic content of training, didactic situation and the postural activity. Results: The teachers' profiles were proved to be different, which was caused primarily by the amount of experience and partially by the gained education. The results showed that the main differences were manifested at the teacher number three who gained the shortest practices. This teacher diametrically differs in all examined categories from other teachers. Between the other two teachers there were found differences as well, but not essential. The teacher number three commited many didactitc faults. Some of his forms of behaviour, demonstration and action were not coherent with the process of learning so that they were not able to be analysed. Keywords: ADI, MADI, ski school, ski education
